Best hotel in the area. Super clean; rooms are super spacious. Shower also had excellent pressure! Great 1 night stay with breakfast included too. Pet friendly with super cozy bed. Can't beat this spot!

Clean and spacious rooms for family of 5. The location was convenient for visiting the falls and rodeo. A bit of frustration checking in as they attempted to charge me double for room that had already been paid for in advance. Also, there was no shampoo in room and after making 2 requests we never received any.

Room stunk like mode and dog pee everything was sticky in room very nasty

Ours smelled really bad. Plus my granddaughter has allergies and I have reactive asthma. We were given an air cleaner and i also requested for the air filters to be cleaned. They were filthy!!

There was also this weird musty smell to the room, no fan in bathroom so it gets stuffy quickly, window does not open

We were visiting family for several days and utilized the gym, laundry, pool and breakfast service. Everything was top notch! The staff are very helpful and friendly and we were greeted by every employee we saw while here. The housekeeping staff were also excellent. We will always book this hotel going forward!

Great Breakfast, friendly staff, clean facility. the room we had had a smell like a wet dog.

I paid extra for a handicap room. There was no shower seat except for one that hung off the side of the tub and was about 2 in off the bottom of the tub. That's unacceptable for any handicapped person to try to get off that shower seat I had to go pay $40 to buy a real shower seat. The bed was slanted and sloped to the side so you can't even get a comfortable night's sleep me and my husband's back were both killing us. I contacted management they waited today before we were to check out to send somebody up to look at the bed they flipped the mattress and that did not solve a problem. The girl said that she was going to get with her general manager to see what they could do for us. I assumed it would be to give us some money back for our troubles but no they wanted to give us points and they didn't even follow up with me I had to follow up with them two days after we checked out. The first day at this property when my daughter worked here was great this day was awful and I will never go back to that place again. Save your money and go somewhere else

Hotel itself was excellent. It was clean, the front desk staff was friendly. The one reason we picked this hotel was for the indoor pool for the kids. When we went down to go swimming there was a sign, Ouf of Order. If we knew that ahead of time, we would have booked somewhere else.

Cheaper easy to get to Someone was in our room, previous people on it got moved due to loud noises above. From 730 am until 1030 their was loud bangs over us and it was rough.
