Super 8 by Wyndham Cookeville

Its obvious they have upgraded the hotel and the breakfast was actually pretty decent. However, the shower drain was mostly clogged and some mold was on the bathroom ceiling. Id actually stay there again as it wasnt that bad, but they need to step up the room maintenance a bit

Breakfast was just okay, not much variety, but I’ll say it’s fine for the price. Room was decent and great for the price.

Mold in the ceiling in bedroom and bathroom, centipede living in the tub drain, floors looked like they hadn’t been cleaned in months. We almost slept in our truck.

Front desk agent was wonderful, but at check in we told there wasn't any mobility king rooms avail although that is what we booked. We were then assigned the 2nd room (the first was on second floor and that was a major issue) this was on the first but as soon as you open the door the smell of mold knocked you back. I could immediately see there was mold on the ceiling directly above the bed. I took pictures to the desk and she was of course apologetic, UNFORTUNATELY I booked through a third party, wont happen again, and could not get a refund with any urgency so she gave me the keys to 2 more rooms and allowed me to inspect and choose the room. None of the rooms were great (cobwebs in all the corners, odors, dirty mirrors and very dirty A/C vents) but I truly appreciated her helping me and my husband find a room we were comfortable in.

Staff at desk nice welcome. The room needed a decent clean. To be honest the floors may have been cleaner than the walls, or maybe not... mow your lawns and tidy up your walkways.

Love location & staff was nice but they were tocomtact management about dampness in room /bed during my stay & never heard back They were to notify management that our room/bed was damp & uncomfortable old mattress

Location and cleanliness. We were taking my son to TN Tech to start school The mattress was very uncomfortable. Other than that, it was a pleasant experience.

Room was not really clean. Walls, floors & vents were not really clean & a lot of the accessories like the lamps, towels arsed & closet bar were rusted along with the vents. Shower pressure was great.

It was okay. Needed a place for one night. Room door jammed a few times and struggled to get in. A couple broken things inside, but overall clean and suitable.

The room was clean and the staff were nice. Would definitely stay here again.

The room was clean, the bed comfortable, wifi worked well, TV worked well. Room was quiet. Waffles were good. The hair dryer didn't work. Would have been nice to have mike and orange juice available for breakfast.
