Noisy, room was not very clean, no hair dryer - had to go to the office and get one

Room was clean,but alittle noisey

The room was not the cleanest like the window jams were dirty. The door jams were dirty. There was mold in the shower. He could tell that the floor had not been completely clean the correct way the telephone was dirty. The bed was good. The shower was OK, but like I said, there was mold in it.

The staff were extremely helpful!

Clean and comfy bed , room was small , we got what we paid for . The staff are very nice , location is super easy walk to town . Probably not a place to stay if you’re staying longer term or wanting to spend a whole bunch of time in the room but it was perfect for a night and spent most of the time in town anyways !

I like this motel. It's very clean and the staff and owners are very friendly and helpful. It has a minimal breakfast but does have fruit, oatmeal and yogurt. It's close to the wharf. I've stayed here before and been happy with it both times.

This was a nice, clean, quiet and the price was right for this stay!

Breakfast was packaged rolls, a pot of coffee, creamer and bananas that looked like they should be in banana bread… the room was very under maintained. The floor was filthy, the ceiling fan had a broken blade, the phone was dirty and stained, the shower had great water pressure but that’s the positive. The room is NOT worth anything over $39.99. If you need anything other than a place to sleep don’t stay here. Staff was friendly but that’s it.

We stayed 3 nights. The staff at the front desk were friendly and helpful. The room was very small and showed its age. We had to ask for TP and wash clothes but they did empty the trash daily. Our room had no AC but it is Coos Bay and cool so the fan was sufficient. We would go back

Place was really ghetto. The room was clean on the surface but the more you looked around it got worse and worse floor was hard wood that probly hadn’t been mopped in who know how long. The shower handle was broken had to use hands to turn water on and off. Room had a funk to it the minute you walked in. Overall was not worth the money you paid for this room. Would not stay here ever again. If you stay here bring air freshener and definitely don’t barefoot it in this place

We just sleep there for one night, the room was clean and the front desk person was really nice

The property was not to our standards. The parking was too compact, the rooms had a smell that was overwhelming bad, the curtains, bedding, and furnitures all had stains (including towels) and or rips in them.

I didn’t go we couldn’t stay because the room was unsanitary and the staff were not accommodating Could’ve been cleaner, better staff communication, I wanted a refund but they ignored the phone when I tried to reach out to them through booking . Com, they refused refunds and I didn’t appreciate giving their lack of effort

Comfortable and clean Noisy bathroom fan running in next room and then occupants returning to room late at night talking loudly. Called office around 11pm was told she couldn't check surrounding rooms but could call. No sleep and owner told me to report thru booking.com for rate adjustment. Booking.com just advised they were unable to settle with owner and gave me a $15 credit on another stay with booking.com Won't return or recommend this motel. Sorry, if you promise some compensation and don't honor then you don't deserve a positive feedback

This is an older property and while older properties can have plenty of character when properly maintained, this was not the case here. The level of grime throughout the property made our stay genuinely uncomfortable. Cleanliness is the absolute minimum expectation for any hotel, regardless of age and price point. I cannot even put into words how difficult it was to relax and fall asleep knowing how filthy my surroundings were. The walls, door handles and light switches must never be cleaned. Not to mention the floors. I took a shower and put on white socks that were black within a few minutes. There was some fowl odour in the bathroom, that did not did not dissipate even with the bathroom window open. The wall next to where my daughter laid her head to sleep had snot smeared on it. The chair in the room was immensely stained. I placed a towel on it in order to sit down. And there is no blow dryer in the room. Would have been nice to know that. The only positives were water pressure in the shower and the towels that appeared to be clean. Unless the establishments priorities change to include cleanliness, I would not recommend staying here.
