Great location, helpful staff, nice room, fantastic breakfast

It’s cute and love the way they recycle materials. The bed was very comfortable! Huge rainstorm when we were there. We got back from dinner to find out caravan leaking water from an open vent in the ceiling. Luckily a nice staff member helped us close it so we could get some rest. The caravan was cute but keep the time of year and weather in mind. Also the whole thing shakes if you flush the toilet or run any water. Nothing wrong with that just facts to keep in mind.

Location. Breakfast. Courtyard and decor. Toiletries including hand cream, body oil and lotion. No fridge in room. No AC. But all good

The water pressure in the shower was amazing. The staff were quite friendly and helpful. The courtyard is so beautiful and peaceful, though we didn't spend any time there. The rooms were incredibly hot with no air conditioning, so we had to keep the windows open every night to try to sleep. Unfortunately, there was a construction site directly outside of the window that was extremely loud starting very early every morning. On our first morning there, we woke up to chainsaws *directly* outside of our windows, apparently the hotel was pruning their trees, but gave us no warning at all. We had our windows open and these men could see directly into our room and obviously it was extremely loud (and terrifying). This was some of the worst sleep I've ever gotten in a hotel. And yes, we packed earplugs.

Our room was quiet and comfortable. The products in the room (shampoo, lotion, etc) were high quality and smelled great. We appreciated that they provided a fan in the room. The staff were warm and friendly, happy to help with whatever we needed. We paid for the hotel breakfast one morning and it was delicious, with lots of options.

The property was absolutely adorable, I loved the decor and calm atmosphere that felt like an oasis in the city! The location was excellent and the staff was very friendly and helpful! I loved the eco-conscious approach to the hotel. Everything was thoughtfully picked out! My only issue was getting properly restocked with toilet paper when we had our room cleaned - but we were able to ask for more at the desk!

Entire experience was wonderful. Staff was so extremely kind and helpful. The location was in walking distance to central station for train, or bus. Food and shopping close by. 2 thins to mention, TVs were not SmartTVs and no air conditioning.

Beautiful room The shower is a but dated. Location is nice but not well connected to public transport
-
Good size room -Noise -Lounge very stark no comfy seating -Staff said we couldn't bring water or drinks to our room when in the meantime they don't sell the type of drinks we wanted and their wine is 100+ $$ per bottle when we can get a similar one down the street for 10-15$$ -No refrigerators in room when there actually is a spot for one -Staff was inappropriate and rude when it came to managing the above matters and as a person who travels all around the world, I have never seen anything like this EVER before.

Love the vibe, esthetic, friendly staff, location (with parking) and an excellent breakfast!
-
It was cold in the room (stayed in November), since the windows are thin and old. Street was loud on Saturday night - bring earplugs. There was sewerage smell in the bathroom.

Charming hotel in an excellent location. The staff is very nice and helpful, and they serve a ovely breakfast. Reasonable price for a Copenhagen hotel room There wasn't a closet, or even a single drawer, in the room; so I couldn't unpack the clothes from my suitcase. And the bathroom definitely needs to be renovated. It is old and smelly!

Its a great place, I esspecially liked the concept of the hotel: sustainable design in a historic building, organic food... It's clean, beautifully designed, central location, easy access to the Train Station and the centre, delicious breakfast .... everything was great

Lovely rooms, lobby, and location but the breakfast was our favorite. A beautiful stay all around.

Cute property, excellent breakfast. Eco friendly.

Top floor was too hot to sleep and ventilation is poor as you can hardly open windows. Had to check out early
