There was only one USB-C port in the bed next to what looked like one USB-A port. I find that horrible for any spot, but especially at this price point. I was not able to charge (within my capsule) more than one device.

Very quiet, seamless digital check-in, friendly breakfast staff, decent breakfast, comfortable bed, facilities pretty clean Latch on locker for belongings was broken (also you need to bring your own lock), getting in and out of a top capsule was a bit challenging, only 2 showers so had to wait a bit in the morning. A poster explaining how things work near the entrance would be super helpful (info about WiFi, check in/out, breakfast times, lockers, quiet times, rules, etc. is a bit distributed throughout the hotel)

Location is excellent close to the railway station ... Clean, well maintained Staff was nice and very helpful the capsule was ventilated sufficiently 1. the capsule is made of wood and during the sleep people are turning from one side to the other and hit the wood with the watch or other hard objects and make noises .. sound isolation needs a bit more attention to mask the noises ... 2. there are only 2 USB ... an USB C and a normal USB ... but nowadays there are many things to charge like watch, headset, tablet, laptop and phone ... 3. there are 24 capsules quite small so during the evening you have to stay somewhere to make a phone call etc ...but only a few tables in the kitchen and very small living room ... 4. lockers are only for small baggage ... quite small lockers ... I can barely fit my backup in ... also there was no locker available when I arrived I had to wait for the next day

Overall everything was good. I would definitely stay here again. Location is perfect 6 mins walking to central station and there is a 7/11 by the corner. Price includes breakfast. You can check in without needing anybody. It was clean but there was a stain on my sheet. Sheets were washed and ironed obviously. It was an old stain but still it wasn’t very nice sleep on it. You have to have internet to check in and open your capsule.

The Capsule Hotel is located at a very convenient location - a short walk from the central train station; close to many tourist attractions within walking distance. Breakfast was fine. I appreciate the healthy option and local flavors. The staff were courteous and very accommodating. I was able to store my luggage before check-in and after check-out times. Lack of small shelf space or hooks for organization inside the capsule. Outside the capsule, there is nothing except one small hook to hang the big towel. I didn’t have any issue for the first two nights until the third night when a guest stayed inside the capsule above mine. Every time when the person turned or moved, I could feel the movement.

breakfast started at 8:00. I took some food at 7 and got extra charge for it. I didn't know that it was not a breakfast... be careful

It was so clean and well maintained. The beds are super comfy and the bathroom very neat, clean and well equiped. Location great. 5 min walk to the train station. I would get a bottom capsule the next time. For me (at 50) it was a bit.difficult to get in and out of the room.

Location, price, clean Steps to enter building posed mobility issue to keep door open and bring bags in

  • Engine customer May 2026

The capsule was really clean, and it was more spacious than I had anticipated. It also had a wall mirror, which made it feel even bigger. It was also very well ventilated, and you could feel fresh air coming in. The WiFi was also really fast. The spaces outside the capsule (bathroom, relaxation area, showers) were also very clean. If you're a solo female traveler, this hotel is really safe and convenient. The breakfast did not have many options.

Good location close to the train station. It was nice to have breakfast waiting in the morning. I might be a bit old for the capsule hotel experience moving forward.

Great people, everything was fairly clean, great location Sound isolation was barely existing, locks for the lockers should be provided (could be for a fee), small showers

The capsule hotel in Lucerne were much better with bigger capsules, enough room to roam around and better bathroom/showers.

I liked how clean it was and how nice everyone was in the capsule. It’s very close to the metro and the central train station. It is also easily accessible by just using codes to get in, instead of having to carry around a key card.

Clean comfortable capsules. Big lockers (bring your own lock). Good breakfast. Airflow through capsule only if you leave door open at night.

The whole concept of capsule hotel may not be for everyone :)

  • Engine customer Jan 2026

Cheap and clean. Breakfast is fine The capsules give you the illusion of privacy, but it's just a hostel. Lack of lockers near sleeping pod. The blue 'night light' in the pod - make it red and it would be fine.

Very nice Capsule Hotel! Very good breakfast! It was my first experience but definitely not last!

  • Engine customer Jan 2026

It is a very unique experience. I liked not having any staff there. The other people felt trustworthy. I didn't have a lock with me so I slept with my things in my pod which was slightly uncomfortable but I don't blame the hostel for this as they tell you to bring a lock for the lockers they provide. I know some capsule hotels provide robes or shower shoes. This would be a nice thing to have if possible.

Good location. It’s easy to move to København H just by walking five minutes. Bathroom is not enough sometimes.
