Great location and the self checkin / out was good Lacks basic things like tissues, coffee making in room or a fridge. Process to get a coffee at reception is clunky and unnecessary.

We stayed in two different rooms during our stay as we left Copenhagen and came back a few days later, so I have a pretty good view on what went well and what needs to be improved. First, these are the things that we liked: - Excellent and unbeatable location - just a short walk from the Central Station (5 minutes), and similarly a short walk (15/20 minutes) to the town centre. - Breakfast: a lot of choice and good quality food. The two breakfast rooms were also very busy and there were times were people had to wait for a table - but the food was replenished promptly, so no issues on that front. - Staff: friendly and helpful staff. - Good sounds insulation from outside-in: we were on a main road and could not hear traffic at all with the windows closed. - Beds: the mattress "topper" is way too soft, I did not manage to sleep through the night once. This needs to be reviewed - it's a shame because the hotel is so well positioned, but it's also a fairly easy fix - the hotel just needs to replace the flimsy toppers with proper mattresses, or at least something firmer. - The "sustainability" issue: the hotel has a policy where they only clean rooms every 4th day. I have no specific issue with this, however if this is the policy, then adjustments need to be made. For example, for 2 people, only 2 bath towels and 2 face towels are provided - no bath mat, which is very dangerous. We had to go and ask reception for an additional towel to use as a bath mat. Also, only two very soft pillows are provided (1 per person) - we had to ask reception for an additional one. Staff was always available and friendly, but guests really shouldn't be put in a position of having to go to reception constantly to ask for stuff. - There's no kettle or fridge in the room: again, I have no issue with this, however adjustments need to be made here too. For example, you could get teas and coffees (once per day) by signing up to their hotel app - while this is a bit annoying, the actual issue was having to carry hot beverages in paper cups from downstairs to your room, which is just a hazard and really dangerous. I also don't think this is any more sustainable than providing proper mugs and a kettle in each room - We stayed in two different rooms, and both times, the bathrooms smelled pretty bad (sewer smell). This can be "fixed" by keeping the bathroom door shut, but it's still unpleasant. - In one of the rooms we stayed in, there was a bathtub/shower combo situation - which is absolutely fine. - Aircon only really worked once. Had to keep windows open on the other nights, which was inconvenient as we were on a main road.

We had a great stay at this hotel and would stay again. The room was spacious and clean. Staff were super friendly and helpful, and nothing was too much trouble. It was Pride while we were staying and it was a nice touch to see they had decorated and bought a cake for guests to eat. The air con worked but wasn’t that effective so it was hard to keep the room from being cool. We ended up keeping the curtain closed all day to keep the sun out. It would have also been helpful to have a kettle facility in the room. You can get free hot drinks in reception but it’s a faff going down for it and then carrying back up to your room. Luckily we read this in advance and brought our own travel kettle. A small point but the TV isn’t smart so you’re very limited on channels if staying in for an evening etc.

The cleanliness and the size of the room, which was spacious and comfortable. The location was also excellent, with the perfect balance of being close to the main sights while still being surrounded by cafés and restaurants. Most of the main areas were within easy walking distance, which made exploring the city very convenient. The staff were kind, attentive, and very accommodating. They were happy to assist with individual requests, such as arranging a room on a lower floor and providing different pillows, which I really appreciated. Overall, the service and location were definite highlights of my stay. The main thing I didn’t like was the lack of a tea and coffee station in the room. Although tea is available in the lobby, I personally prefer having tea in the comfort and privacy of my own room, particularly as it’s part of my morning routine. I don’t feel comfortable coming down to a very public hotel lobby in my pyjamas, without makeup, simply to make a cup of tea first thing in the morning. Most hotels across Europe and internationally provide a kettle and basic tea/coffee facilities in the room, so I found it quite unusual that this wasn’t offered here, especially given the high price of the hotel. At the very least, I think this should be available as an option for guests who request it. Having a kettle and tea station in the room feels like a basic amenity, and its absence was disappointing.

Efficient, friend employees. Compact clean, fairly basic rooms Would have preferred 2 pillows per person. Also would like a kettle in the room.

Clean, fresh water. Great location, walkable to everything. The blonde gentleman with blue eyes at reception was so kind. Our flight left before breakfast was available. He made us a brown bag to take with us. It was a bit pricier than what I’m used to.

Near Tivoli Gardens The service and the accommodation are so bad ! It’s not even basic, everything cost extra, and they don’t even clean the rooms every day if “ you don’t ask for it”. It feels like they are saving every penny on the guests behalf’s.

Great location close to the center station. Gym has a lot of equipment and the size is not too small. No floor mat in the bathroom. The room is quite dark and small as we stay 3 people so there is very limited space.

The feel of this hotel was great. Lots of airy spaces to relax. We played Shufl with the board in reception, which was a great‘something different’. It was so close to Tivoli and the shops. Nothing, all good

Central location. Due to a clueless receptionist I ended up paying 605 DKK for parking in the garage (Saga p-hus), instead of the stipulated 320. That way Apcoa made more money and the hotel lost me as a customer for future visits to Copenhagen. Make sure you get your car license plate registered properly at the reception!

Hotel was great, room was also great and very spacious.It was clean, easily accessible. Location was great! No complaints!
