The location was good There are no drinking classes in the room. The shower fills up most of the floor with water so there's no sense in using the mat until it drains a bit. My room was quite noisy at times with the sound of footsteps (probably children running) in the room above.

Location, quiet courtyard room in spite of big event in town, clean Slightly pricey for the standard of the room byt seems to be normal for Copenhagen

The public areas of the hotel were varied, to suit all ages. The room didn't really have room for bags as well as the bed. And the mattress kept moving off the bed base.

Our stay at this hotel was extremely disappointing. The room and bathroom were dirty and damp, and the towels provided were not clean. The toilet was disgusting, which made us feel uncomfortable using the facilities at all. The TV had no English channels, and overall the entire hotel is dated and looks nothing like the photos advertised online. False advertising. The hotel was also expensive for what you got and the faculties provided. It felt very dirty.

Location, super friendly staff, good , clean facilities No fridge in the room

The breakfast was good. The room is small and cramped for 2 people with 2 suitcases and 2 trolls. There were a few problems: the curtain hooks didn't hold the curtain properly and light came into the room. The air conditioning didn't work well the first night.

room was very clean Staff was horribly rude room was in a horrible location shoved in the back of the hotel where they were doing renovations

Excellent location! The hotel is very close to Copenhagen Central Station, just a 3-minute walk from Tivoli and within easy reach of the main attractions. This was the main reason we chose this hotel. The breakfast was excellent, with a great variety of options. We usually went around 8:00, and it was not crowded at all. There is also a parking facility about 100 meters away, which was a great bonus. There are both Netto and Lidl supermarkets very close to the hotel, which was very convenient as we visited them every day to pick up things for our excursions around the city. As mentioned by other guests, the room was quite small. We stayed in a Superior Double Room as a family of two adults, a 10-year-old child, and a 2-year-old who slept in a baby cot. With four of us sharing the room, the space felt very limited. Although this is a 4-star hotel, the rooms are in need of renovation and updating. In our opinion, the overall room quality is closer to what you would expect from a 3-star hotel.

Very convenient location. Good breakfast. Very helpful staff. Tight access around the bad, very awkward.

Liked window to let in fresh air. Wi-Fi and location. Be careful of bathroom step.

The breakfast was good as where to staff that we interacted with at both breakfast and the front desk. The location is fine (to be fair most of the city attractions are within walking distance) and if you are going to Tivoli then its ideal. As a family traveling, I did request (and I know it was just a request) that we have rooms as close to each other as we could (I booked 2 rooms on the same booking). Unfortunately, we were not even situated on the same floor. One room was on the 2nd floor and the other on the 5th. Rooms are small and the shower soaked the bathroom floor. Yes, they have a notice saying that the have kept the charm of the bathrooms from the original conversion from apartments BUT it is a safety hazard and honestly, I do think it’s a bit of a copout not to at least ensure that the shower does not flood the floor when used. The one room (on the 5th floor) that we had could really do with an upgrade. Unnecessary furniture in the room which made it feel even smaller

Close to the central station. The staff was friendly. Very little value for money. Very small room. The bed was too soft. One of us had to sleep next to the wall and climb over the other to get out of bed.

Location and staff Rooms too small and very basic. Only suitable for maximum 1 or 2 night stay.

Central location. Friendly staff and service. Tiny room. Very basic. It would have been nice to have tea & coffee making facilities and a small fridge. Not ideal for more than a one or two night stay. Quite expensive for what was provided.
