Property was very close to the city. Center, nicely decorated and well-maintained. Restroom was a bit small, but it took care of our families needs

This is an elegant hotel, with a great location just a couple blocks from the Central Train Station Kobenhavn H. The lobby is lovely and check in was easy and pleasant. All staff we interacted with were professional and polished. Our room was kindly upgraded and so was more spacious than what we were expecting. The blackout curtains were fantastic. Our windows overlooked a small courtyard with big groups of people talking very loudly until fairly late into the night which was a bit annoying. Everything else was fine but not particularly remarkable. The breakfast was good, although there was nothing about it that blew me away. Overall this is a fancy, swanky sort of hotel, I personally feel that it is somewhat pricey for the value, but would not hesitate to return if it were within my budget.

The staff were extremely friendly and trying to accommodate our requests. Breakfast is very good. The rooms are not soundproof. We could hear the neighbours chatting, which was the most annoying thing for me. We got woken up by workers outside our window (one day as early as 5:30am). There were absolutely no amenities in the room, except coffee and tea. While we do appreciate no plastic waste, this was too extreme - one soap for everything (shower, hair, conditioner) is too little. Our floor wasn't swiped for the whole 3 days. There were crumbles and a cloth tag when we got in and they were still there after 3 days. I had high expectations, given the price we paid, especially for the DeLuxe room, but that was a rather basic room compared with what you usually get in that category (yes, also in big cities and for comparable price).

Great location near central station. Easy walking to local food spots and central to most things. The breakfast staff was amazing. They made us feel welcome. Nothing I can think of.

Excellent location, friendly staff, quiet, clean, comfortable bed Shower separated by a curtain (no shower cabin). Minimum furniture, open shelf and coat hangers instead of a wardrobe. Breakfast: tasty but limited choice (eg only medium-boiled not hard-boiled eggs offered).
