- The hotel looks new and clean. - Has a fresh, youthful vibe. - The entrance has no ramp, only stairs. This is a real downside since most guests arrive with wheeled luggage, it's only 2 to 4 steps, but enough to make the entrance noticeably less convenient than hotels with flat or sloped access. - The room is small compared to other hotels in the Nordic region. - The shower space is also quite small, even for people of smaller build, it felt tight. - Soundproofing is poor, we could constantly hear doors slamming elsewhere in the building.

Perfect location just around the corner from the central train and metro, and a short walk to many great bars and eateries. We arrived in a heat wave and the rooms just circulate air, but don't cool it.

Nice staff. Great location. Noisy, construction and repair work was loud. We could hear our neighbors TV and we could even hear them talk. Rooms are small, bathrooms even smaller, barely any place to move without touching the walls.

Good location near to the station with easy walking to restaurants etc. Staff were super helpful with recommendations for food and things to do. Very noisy early in the morning about 4 am the sound travelled up to our room with bins and stuff being moved about.

The location is great and the staff very friendly and helpful. The room was really dirty and dusty. Additionally, the room was really spartan and uncomfortable. No room for our stuff. No tissue in the bathroom, no stuff very common for a 4 stars like body lotion. We asked for the coffee set and it was so dirty that we cleaned in the bathroom. The worst hotel I’ve been in Copenaghen, I will never return.
