Nice and quiet , no any issues

Good location, good value for money, and clean. The fan didn't seem to work so it was very hot in the capsule with the door closed. This was fixed by leaving the door open a bit.

Location Queen size bed Cold drinking water in the bathroom. Fresh linen and towels View of the garden Electrical outlets either side of the bed Could store small luggage under the bed. The room was so tiny that there was no space to move around the bed on 3 sides! The person on the side next to the window had to clamber over the bed to get to the door! The door only half opened before it hit the bed. We were warned the room was tiny. We didn't realize it would be so tiny that we couldn't move within it! The room was very hot. The internet was slow and intermittent at times. Under the bed, where we put some baggage, was dusty.

Location is perfect! Very dirty, not enough of toilets/shower stalls for so many people. There is no shampoo or conditioner in the shower (just the liquid soap. No disposable towels, which is so unhygienic considering the number of guests. There is no lounge room to have a tea or something, rooms are incredibly small. We were asked to pay 40 dollars for early check in, while the room was already available anyways.

Location was perfect. Easy to get to train station, Tivoli Gardens and to walk to other popular spots. I was far too hot in the capsules. The fan did not work and there was no staff to tell. I have never had such an uncomfortable sleep, because it was far too hot. You had to open the capsule during the night to get air and so did others.

Little to no air in the capsules so you need to have the door open when you sleep.

Bed and room were clean. Good location. Very small room (bed covered wall to wall) but it was enough for two nights. Definitely wouldn’t want to spend more time there than just sleeping. Not enough facilities for all the people staying. Only three toilets - one was clogged and disgusting and one was without toilet paper both nights that we stayed. Only two showers which were also not very clean.

It is what you see.Comfortable bed. 4 charging points. A fan and a shelve. Plenty of room in the pod. Bathrooms are fine nothing special. Amazing location right by the tran station I arrived at midnight and got locked out as I never got a pin to the 2 front doors. When I messaged, the property never replied to me when I asked. So I was effectively locked out. Thankfully someone arrived home at the same time and was kind enough to let me in. This code that I never got was used for the: outside door, main door to the building, door for the hotels floor AND my room. Meaning once I got in I couldn’t leave my room to go to the bathroom as I was scared I wasn’t going to be able to get back into my room. The pins are a great idea but all mean there is no one to talk to when things go wrong.
