The location was fantastic—being right next to the train station made getting around incredibly convenient. The young man at the front desk was very kind and helpful, and I really appreciated his friendly service. I also loved that the property offered bikes for rent. They were reasonably priced and incredibly convenient for exploring the city. This was a great amenity and made getting around much easier. I hate leaving a bad review, but unfortunately there were a few things about my stay that really affected my experience. The biggest issue was the noise. The location means that the front rooms facing the road are incredibly loud on Friday and Saturday nights—so loud that I was unable to sleep even with earplugs. Do not stay in one of the front rooms if you value your sleep. After the first night, I asked if I could be moved to a quieter room because I hadn’t been able to sleep, but I was told they were fully booked. I overheard an employee mention that this is a regular weekend issue, which makes me feel that guests should be warned about the noise when booking, and that these rooms should be significantly discounted given the circumstances. I appreciated that earplugs were provided, but unfortunately they did very little to block the noise. The second issue was the Wi-Fi. It stopped working on my second evening and didn’t come back until around 9:00 a.m. the following morning. Having no Wi-Fi for more than 12 hours is disappointing, particularly when Wi-Fi is advertised as an included amenity. I was unable to plan my activities and sightseeing for the following day. I spoke with a very kind front desk employee, who told me to wait about 10 minutes and that it should come back—but it didn’t. There was also an issue with one of the communal bathroom showers. The drain wasn’t working properly, so the water simply pooled around my feet while I was showering. That’s a basic maintenance issue that really should be addressed. I do want to emphasize that the young man working the front desk I interacted with was kind and helpful, but unfortunately the combination of the noise, extended loss of Wi-Fi, and shower drainage issue significantly impacted my stay. I hope the property will be more transparent about the noise in the front rooms and address these maintenance issues for future guests.

Location is right next to central station - perfect coming from/to the airport. The room was clean. Never had to wait for the shared bathroom/shower. Good WiFi. The single room was small and barely had any room to place your things. It can noisy but overall, good stay for minimal solo travelers. Check-in time was very strict, unless you pay for it. My room was facing the rear of the building, where the trash bins were and also facing the back of another hotel. You can hear guests from the other hotel chatting outside until 2am at times. Then you have the sound of rolling trash bins early morning. Inside Nebo hotel, the room shakes when other guests on the floor slams their door. As a security feature, the room door beeps continuously when it’s not shut properly. There were guests that would have the door open while they run to the bathroom/shower.

Always staying here if I have a layover in Copenhagen. Location right by the station is ideal. Small rooms are fine for one night, and I've never even bumped into any other person in the shared bathrooms.

Close to train station Common bath room

The location is hard to beat right next to the central station. Some reviews said it was noisy but we found it quite quiet facing the inner bicycle area and the family had a good rest even in the middle of Summer. A kettle in the room would be helpful instead of going down to lobby for hot water.

Close to the station. Good value for money.

central location price is still high for a very basic room
