Bathrooms and showers were super clean, and the room was small but comfortable. Location was amazing, it was easy to walk anywhere and close to a 7/11. Great for young people and backpackers.

So close to train station / city centre and the activities.it was our first shared bathrom experience however the bathrooms could not be cleaner. We lovet it.Even though all was self all went fine

Clean, quiet and helpful people.

I essentially just needed an inexpensive place to spend the night near the central railway station. "Inexpensive" is an oxymoron in Copenhagen, and "Annex" was the best I could do. My expectations weren't high, but it turned out better than what I feared. I lucked out and got a very small room with a comfy bed, my own bathroom with a sink and toilet and facing a quiet backyard. The wifi was strong.

The room was clean but could have been vacuumed better. We happened to be there during a large concert occurring a block away and were not notified before hand. The hotel provided ear plugs for use

Extremely well located by the train station, easy to get anywhere in the city by transit or on foot. Tons of nearby restaurants! Nothing, really, was a great stay! Did not realize in advance it shares an entrance with the Absalon hotel, ended up checking in at their reception instead of the self-check as it was actually easier.

The location and the friendly staff The shared toilet were not clean. The soap dispenser of the shower was empty and not replaced for two consecutive days even after a complaint at the reception.

It was perfect! I came straight from the airport super jet lagged and all I wanted was my own space. The room was perfect. The bed fit me nicely and was the right firmness, there was a desk and hangers and a closet so there was a place for all my stuff. The room was very quiet and the window opened onto a quiet courtyard. I left the window open during the days and it was fresh. I give 9/10 though instead of 10 because on my last night people shouted in the hallways for literally a few hours. It stressed me out and I didn’t sleep. The reason I chose this place was because it has a sink in the room. That was great and there was also liquid soap. Another big plus was the 2pm check-time. I came straight from the airport and really needed a rest. The showers were roomy and the temperature of the water was great. I could find this info anywhere so I will say it here - the showers do also have conditioner. I also tried the breakfast which was fabulous. Those mini cinnamon knots are some of the best pastries I have ever had. Well the other guests shouting in the hallway sucked. But for something the hotel can control, there was no where dry to put things in the shower. Since there’s a shower curtain right in front of the door, it would be useful to put some hooks on the door or a thin basket for my dry clothes.

Room was clean and comfortable. Bathroom and toilets are also super clean.

Annex was in a very convenient location. The online check in was good, but I was also happy to see someone at the desk when we arrived very late at night. The room itself looked clean and the beds were comfortable. The showers and bathrooms down the hall also looked spotless. The only thing that was a little off-putting was the in-room sink had a smell, sort of like old socks. The surfaces seemed clean, I think maybe the plumbing just needed a cleaning.

Location was excellent, very close to the Central Station. Reception is from hotel besides our. Room was quite large, there was a sink in the room which was very convenient. There were enough toilets and bathrooms, always available. Room didn’t have any nightshelfs, which was very unusual and difficult to leave phone or anything. There was just one litle table with clothing racks to put on some clothes. There is such an easy solution- some small shelves on each side of the bed (there is enough space for it). The door is difficult to close from outside without banging (I was concerned not to disturb other guests).

Clean and well located Noisy, I woke up in the middle of every night due to noise coming from the corridor. There was no staff to reach out to in case of issues, my curtains, for example, didn’t close well and there was no one to assist me.

The location and share bathroom are clean. The room isn’t clean. There are couple of bottles under the bed.
