Centrally located, clean comfortable small room Elevators were often busy so had to use stairs. Rolling luggage on a floor is tricky given ups and downs

The proximity to attractions (particularly tivoli), the train station and metro was excellent. The staff were helpful and friendly. We were worried about the location based on other comments about sex shops, but honestly it’s one shop across the road and it’s not a problem. We felt safe with our 4 year old, even when walking back to the hotel later at night. Breakfast was excellent and everything was refilled regularly. Our room was a good size and the bed was comfortable. We had a fantastic stay and would stay there again. There was nothing we didn’t like.

Staff at reception very helpful. Good breakfast although limited selection of hot/savoury food. Good value for money. Location close to train station but some homeless people on a few of the side streets. That can’t be helped and is unfortunate but made us a bit uncomfortable later in evening. Shower as an overhead unit above narrow bath not ideal - can be slippy/dangerous. Also small ledges to/from bathroom and throughout hotel made tripping a bit of a hazard.

We loved our stay here. It is well placed and within walking distance of the main attractions. The staff on reception (both Italian and Danish) were all very helpful in guiding us on the best places to visit. There are some nice bars close to the hotel and the bar in the hotel is cosy and welcoming.

Lovely staff, good breakfast. Hotel was clean and modern. Location is good for the train station, just be aware of the exotic dancing businesses opposite.

I liked the courtyard. It’s too old, the rooms are too small, the shower wasn’t built right, so the water leaked out. There was no room for suitcases and clothes. The lunch room was too small and couldn’t accommodate all the guests.

Location was fantastic. Easy and cheap to get from airport by train. Everywhere in Copenhagen was flat and walkable from hotel. Breakfast filled us up so only needed snack at lunchtime, saving us money in an expensive city. N/a

Breakfast was good with variety. Hotel a little dated and smoking at the front door.

Breakfast was very good and the room spacious ! The front desk was very helpful The bed was very comfortable City noise was a bit much at 6am Elevator small and then slow due to one side being worked

Location is excellent, staff friendly, nice quiet hotel. There has been more choices in breakfast table in other hotels, but it was still good.
