Fantastic hotel that was close to central station. The ambience of the accommodation was unique. Having an oasis with so many places to retreat to in a garden setting was fabulous. The meals there were also excellent. Great welcoming staff. Nothing

Room was lovely, as expected. We were told we had a free upgrade, I think the room would have been smaller than expected if we didn't get the upgrade. Would have been good to have a mini fridge to keep drinks cold. Our room was not cleaned on the last day, so that was disappointing. The day before it was also only partially cleaned. Why do the mugs in the room not have handles? Very difficult to drink a hot drink!

Location and rooms. The hotel is conveniently located and you can access all the nice areas very easy from the hotel. No Aircon. Temperatures have risen in Europe in the summer and many hotels don't have Aircon. This is something every visitor need to take into consideration.

Location is really good The elevator didn't work. And the hotel knew it, no prior notice. 5 steep floors with heavy suitcases is not something you had expected for such price. Water pressure was really low and hot water irregular. I am facing this problem not for first time and seems they dont make anything to repair that. Expensive breakfast for the offered menu.

Room was tasteful and roomy, close to the transport links and the centre of Copenhagen. The toiletries made available in the hotel room were excellent. Staff appeared pretty disinterested when checking in, when entering and exiting during our stay and when checking out. The shower in our room was *very* old fashioned - no thermostatic temperature control so you were constantly adjusting the hot and cold taps to avoid being scalded or frozen when someone else decided to use the hot old cold water.
