Excellent location. The most comfortable bed. Shared toilet had a bad smell. Shared shower was clogged with hair.

Great value for money & proximity to central train station. Easy walking distance to many attractions. Very clean, good towels. Nothing - it's advertised accurately.

Great location! Room was smaller than expected, no storage availability, no safe, tiny shower with awful water pressure and shower curtain that sticks to your bum, shower gel container was empty, TV channels super basic (danish nature shows and sports). Pro tip: bring your HDMI cable for anything decent to watch.

The shower No elevator, uncomfortable beds, creepy desk clerks

Location Room not cleaned - shower Not clean - no lift - no airflow in room so very hot at night - charge to keep bags in luggage

Location was very good though street cleaners seemed busy from early morning on. The room was very private and I appreciated having a sink and big window facing the back of the train station. Showers were well looked-after, extra towels provided and no trace of last person showering. The staff were very friendly and made one feel welcomed. Some noise outside, narrow hallways, no elevator, but otherwise fine.

The staff was very friendly and the room was clean and well equipped for a budget hotel.

    Very helpful staff, great location

Good location close to the central station and city center. The hotel itself is pleasant and the check-in process was straightforward. The room was not very clean, with hair left in the bathroom from previous guests. The beds were small and uncomfortable. Some staff members were not particularly welcoming. The surrounding area also felt unpleasant due to visible drug use and prostitution nearby.

Hotel was perfect for our family of 5, location ideal for the Copenhaguen train station , the 2 bedroom apartment was large and had plenty of toalls and the front desk on our departure at 300am was able to call a taxi for us and waited in the window to make sure we were on the taxi to the airport and also front desk answered quickly our questions regarding the final invoice. I was uncomfortable to see teenagers sitting front steps of hotel at 300am

The hotel does not have an elevator, which can be difficult if you are traveling with heavy luggage. I had to carry my 30 kg suitcase upstairs myself. I was also uncomfortable when a staff member unlocked and opened our room door without knocking shortly after we checked in. It made me feel that my privacy was not respected. The room was quite small and not very practical for two people traveling with large suitcases.

The breakfast was good with a nice selection. The location was excellent. There room was a bit small and only had 1 chair to sit in. The steps (we were on the 4th floor) were very challenging! My husband has mobility issues and while he carried one suitcase up another clustomer came along and helped him while I managed to get 2 suitcases up. I was exhausted. Even going down with the luggage when leaving was very tiresome. Now we are 74 and 82 years old so probably to be expected, but I wasn't expecting that there wasn't an elevator or assistance.

I travelled alone and, overall, the hotel was really good. My room had a private bathroom and it was very clean and comfortable. The location is excellent: less than one block from the metro and close to the Central Station and Tivoli Gardens. The only downsides were the lack of an elevator and the soundproofing. I already knew there was no elevator, so it wasn’t an issue for me, but it’s definitely something to keep in mind if you’re traveling with heavy luggage. Also, my room was right next to the stairs, so I could hear people passing by, as well as some noise from the street.

No A/C in my room. I wasn't dying but it did get hot a couple days and it was hard to stay asleep. Also, it is quite loud around 6am-8am. Trash and loud dumpster sounds coming from the street. Also, please take note. I was just checking out and I asked the front desk to hold my bags for maybe an hour or two while I went to get breakfast...the lady said sure that will be 40 DK. I was honestly in disbelief. Having been to 55 countries and over 300 cities around the world, I've never ever been told I would be charged to to hold my bags. The principal alone gave me a sour taste. I was a paying guest for 5 nights! Beyond ridiculous. So I said no thanks and walked to the breakfast spot with my bags. Yeah. Thanks for that. Side note. The cleaning lady was super friendly, thank you. - David

Location is very close to train station and apartment was spacious for our family of 5 The price too expensive for us for 1 night $ 350.00 and we will stay again for 2 nights June 13 to 15 $ 750.00

  • Engine customer Jun 2026

Not so close to town center. Fortunately it was not hot so not having air conditioning was fine.

The room itself was decent, and sharing the shower and toilet was perfectly fine when taking the low price point into consideration. It is a fair option for budget travelers, however I will not be returning. The room was incredibly warm, forcing me to choose between opening the window and being kept awake by loud street noise, or keeping it closed and dealing with hot, stuffy air that oddly smelled like men's cologne. Because of this, I won't be back; the risk of sacrificing my sleep on a hot day is just too high.

It was close to a lot of things to do and a Lidl. Very clean and quiet and staff was very friendly. Good communication and good for 1-2 nights to explore city and right next to station to go to airport or other places. All was good

Good location for walking around the city center The receptionist’s attitude was very disappointing. We were on a layover during our flight from Chicago to Venice and asked whether it would be possible to check in a couple of hours early, as our 4-year-old was tired and feeling a bit unwell. She simply replied, “No, it’s not possible. Our rooms are ready at 2 p.m.” I understand that the room may not have been ready, and I was not expecting the impossible. However, there was no sign of empathy, interest, or even a basic attempt to be understanding. Receptionists are the first point of contact for guests, and part of their role is to make people feel welcomed, even when they cannot accommodate a request. Unfortunately, in this case, she did not seem to care about our situation at all or even about appearing sorry. Overall, it was a very poor check-in experience.

Very close to everything downtown. Great location. Toilet was sluggish to flush.
