Good location, close to center and close to train station and to metro station. Nice that you get a towel and that there is body soap and shampoo. Hostel kitchen was top. Beds are comfortable. Street was silent. There were also a lot of families when I stayed here but the staff put me in a room with other solo travellers which was nice of them

Staff was superb, the bed and mattress were very comfortable, and the location was great. Toilets could be cleaner both inside and outside the room.

The facilities were nice and lively. Lots of options like laundry, food, games, and even a tattoo artist was there. The rooms were quiet, and the location was great, right by the train station.

Very convenient location, next to the Copenhagen Central Train Station! Modern design, clean rooms and friendly staff ! Rooms are pretty small, especially those for 3 persons. The hotel is rather expensive for the level of services rendered (although, given the prices of accommodation in Copenhagen, the price is rather fair).

-The location is great -Staff are friendly -It was very expensive -Room was very old and tiny. -Terrible facilities..no TV, no fridge, no kettle, had to keep windows opened all night as the central air-conditioning which you cannot regulate from the room didn't seem to work. It is extremely overpriced for what is offered.

Good location near train station Breakfast was expensive, not very good and very poorly organized. We asked if we should book the breakfast in advance. The answer was no. When we came we were told to wait 15 minutes, because we haven’t booked in advance. The rooms are farther away from the hostel itself, so if you want to use a kettle or common kitchen and area you would walk a block outside. The room was tiny, one of the towels was visibly dirty. No air conditioning. Our room on the ground floor had windows into the garden with trash bins and bikes so it was quite noisy all the time. The room wasn’t very clean. Also the room was dark — the lightning was poor and you couldn’t open the curtains because there were no sheer curtains. So it’s either you sit in semi darkness or people outside see you naked

The hotel is very close to the main station and Tivoli park. The room is a bit small, but they have a big, nice community area with lots of activities for kids and parents. Don't forget to rent their bicycle to explore the city.

The location is very easy to reach by public transport from Copenhagen airport. The staff there was very friendly and helped with the check-in even at late hours. The price is amazing for the location of the facility and would highly recommend it. The beds were very comfortable and the overall cleanliness was great. Would highly recommend it! N/A
