Great location, clean and comfortable. Rooms are pretty small considering the price.
-
Not much There was construction in the lobby that we were not informed about when I made the booking.
-
Location and the staff were great. The size of the rooms… so small that I couldn’t even open my carry-on luggage in it. No place to walk but the bed was huge. ?

Room The price a nut on the high side

Location The room was extremely small and felt far below expectations for the price paid. Basic comforts and amenities were missing — no mini fridge, no proper wardrobe or hangers, no bedside tables, no room phone, and almost no in-room amenities at all. The TV selection was also very limited, with only a few channels available. The bathroom setup was unusual as well, with a strange hot-and-cold water tap system that was inconvenient and difficult to use. The toilet is just almost inside the shower which is inconvenient to an extent it became funny On top of that, the flooring was very thin, so you could clearly hear footsteps and movement from neighboring rooms, which made it hard to relax. I understand some hotels aim for a minimalist or sustainable concept, but here it felt more like cost-cutting at the expense of guest comfort. As a frequent traveler across Europe, I found this to be one of the least comfortable stays I’ve had, and it definitely did not justify the overpriced rate.

The location was great and the staff was friendly. The room was clean and comfortable but there were no drawers to organize clothes. The WiFi was down for several days.

The property is in a very central location and the staff was so nice and helpful. Loved the room but it’s over priced for a ‘penthouse’ that is basically a junior suite. Very comfy and spacious. It’s a bit noisy at night with the club music from the meat packing district. The bed was super hard but, surprisingly, still comfortable.

The hospitality, excellent friendly, helpful staff. The ambiance, quality artwork, inviting lobby areas with water, fruit & sweets for guests offered comfort & feeling of warmth. It was clear a lot of thought & effort has been put into the property. The rooftop space is great! Our room took some negotiating with the furniture, 2 people & luggage, it felt rather small & cluttered. Would have liked more room for our things in the bathroom as well. My husband was, overall, less pleased with the space than I was. Would eliminate the lamp on the window sill, it was a minor annoyance.

Great location, next to the central train station so very convenient for airport rides, going to a different city or even commuting within Copenhagen. Walkable distance to most attractions. A lot of nice restaurants within a 20 min walk. The room was nice - modern style, decent size, comfortable bed, good shower. I loved that they had a steamer instead of an iron and ironing board, that’s so convenient, every hotel should do that! We had a city view and it was amazing. The staff is also very friendly! Didn’t try it but they have bike rent, which is convenient 1. No soundproofing unfortunately, you can clearly hear both your neighbors and the noise from the outside. That being said, the street isn’t that loud actually 2. Had some stains on the carpet and sofa 3. Not critical but weird - you can’t control the water temperature in the sink, it’s cold only.

Little bit small but cozy, best location, and wonderful staff. Room size maybe

Location is great, very close to the main station. Staff was very kind and offered us early check in. Facilities, restaurant and rooftop are quite nice. First off, the room we were assigned was located in a different building: although it was technically connected to the main hotel, getting there required taking a first elevator, walking through a long, narrow corridor, going down a short flight of stairs, and then taking yet another elevator. Going in and out each time was time-consuming and not particularly pleasant, and with a lot of suitcase this was anything but fun for us. The room itself was on the 5th floor and essentially an attic space. At 6 feet tall, moving around, especially near the bed, was quite inconvenient due to the sloped ceilings, which made the room feel much smaller and claustrophobic. There were also a few functional issues. The tap in the bedroom didn't have a hot/cold control, and the water would sometimes come out extremely hot with no way to adjust it, which was frustrating. We had also hoped to rent bikes for a short period, but the hotel only offers full-day rentals at $30 per bike, which didn't suit our needs. It's a pity, because the staff were all very friendly and welcoming. However, the room we were given didn't meet our expectations and ultimately had a negative impact on our stay.

Excellent location and felt safe in the hotel and the area as a female traveller, lovely decor that felt cozy and stylish. Breakfast was great and one of the best I’ve had at a hotel, rooms were clean and quiet. No safe or fridge in the rooms if needed.

Sometimes the train noise from outside can be a bit loud. The rooms are pretty small, but we made it work. Lastly, our room wasn’t cleaned on the second day, maybe because it was a Sunday? I’m not sure. It was not a big deal, it’s just a bummer to come back to your room and have the beds be unmade at a hotel.

The room is tiny, even the non cozy room. Given the size of the room it is pretty expensive.
