Location, staff and lovely old building My room was 6 th floor so attic basically - good size but low ceilings, smaller windows so felt overpriced for what it was. Quite noisy but i expect that if i want a city centre location.

Excellent value for money. The hotel, dating from 1914, has a charming historic interior while still being very clean and well maintained. The rooms are spacious, the bed is extremely comfortable, and the staff are friendly and helpful. Breakfast is simple but very good quality. The location is excellent, directly opposite Copenhagen Central Station, close to the metro, Tivoli Gardens, and within easy walking distance of the city centre. Another great feature is the possibility to rent bicycles directly from the hotel. We also enjoyed the cosy Library Bar, where live jazz is often played in the evenings. The only minor downside is some outside noise from the nearby trains, traffic, and Tivoli Gardens, but personally it did not bother us much.

Of two weeks of traveling all over Denmark and 6 mattresses, this hotel had the best mattress. Also the desk staff were exceptional! My most favorite Hotel on this trip. Beautiful lobby, great breakfasts, perfect size room & wonderful elevator.

The location was great. The rooms and atmosphere were elegantly old fashioned, comfortable and clean. Staff was very friendly and helpful. Even asked beforehand which kind of room we would prefer. Especially liked the library bar

Location was convenient to station so we could easily take metro and regional trains and meet our group. The elevator could have functioned better.

Centrally located, right next to the Copenhagen Central Station and the Tivoli, and 5 min walk from the Town Hall Square. The hotel is comfortable, with an "old fashioned" charm. The breakfast is excellent, and a visit to the Library Bar is a must. Not the cheapest hotel in Copenhagen (but try finding a cheap hotel in Copenhagen....), and you can get some noise from the train station.

Breakfast was great. Location was perfect. Room was ok. The value for money. We paid 830 Euros for 2 nights included breakfast. I expected more quality for this amount of money. The room as it was should cost for 2 nights included breakfast 400 Euros. Since it is situated in the centre of Copenhagen which is an expensive city 600 Euros would be reasonable.
