A truly excellent experience at the Radisson Collection Royal Hotel Copenhagen. From the moment we arrived, we were welcomed with genuine warmth and professionalism. The entire staff was incredibly friendly, attentive and always ready to help, making us feel truly well looked after throughout our stay. The concierge service deserves a special mention: efficient, knowledgeable and exceptionally helpful with every request. Everything was handled smoothly and with great attention to detail. Above all, however, the real highlight of this hotel is its people. A huge compliment to the entire team — their kindness, professionalism and genuine hospitality made all the difference and turned a very good stay into a memorable one. The room. Because of a faulty airconditioner I was upgraded to a corner junior suite. The architecture. I chose this hotel for its history. Little is left from the original interior design, but the space and the windows are. One can't really see a space, nor photograph it, you must be in it to experience it. Wonderful view over Copenhagen from the 14th. floor. The uprgrade was not wasted on me. It was kind of Jetsons! I could see all the way to Sweden. Renovation at the time. And sky bar not open. Too much depends on having a wifi-connection. I had problems with that, for whatever reason, you feel helpless. The value for money compared with other hotels isn't high. But then, maybe it's worth it.

I want to express my sincere thanks to Radisson Collection management for their incredible support. I had an issue during my trip, and the staff were exceptionally collaborative. They immediately opened a case for me and stayed on top of it until it was completely resolved. When I finally arrived at the hotel on 14th August at around 6 PM, the two receptionists on duty were already fully briefed. They immediately told me they were aware of my case and took fantastic care of me right away. Even though I do not know their names, I hope you can pass along my gratitude to them, as they can likely be identified by this arrival time. As usual, the Radisson Collection hotels maintained their incredibly high standards. It is this consistent excellence and top-tier customer care that keeps me coming back. Great location in the city centre. We enjoyed great view. The breakfast was good and the staff nice. In the city centre , close to railway station and Tivoli- that’s why it’s a bit noisy, but it’s not a big problem.

The hotel building is under renovation. Be ready to wake up super early every morning because you can’t sleep more with all the machines noise.
