Location was great, walkable to many of the main tourist attractions, and also near train lines. Staff was patient and helpful. Hotel caters to large tour groups. Lobby was sometimes crowded and staff were busy, which resulted in some waiting time.
-
Friendly staff and welcoming surroundings. Restaurant on site and central location. Slightly tired decor in places.

Really great stay. Excellent location, extremely comfy beds and the rooms were quiet, I didn’t use any amenities so I can’t comment on those but everything else was great Staff were OK, not overly friendly. We asked for some coffee to be left at the room and it never arrived, but everything was satisfactory- those are very minor details

Good location. Rooms are fairly clean, though there is some dust on the shelves and power outlets. Breakfast was good. Friendly and polite staff The room is a bit cramped for three adults. The bathroom is missing a shelf above the sink. Water splashes out of the sink, leaving the entire surrounding counter—and everything on it—wet.

Everything was exceptional. The hotel is large, well-organized, and conveniently located near the train station and Tivoli Gardens. The breakfast buffet was very good, and the staff were extremely helpful and friendly. A great place to stay in Copenhagen!

I had a very pleasant stay at the Imperial Hotel in Copenhagen and would definitely consider staying here again. The location is excellent, just a short walk from Copenhagen Central Station (København H), which offers very convenient transport connections to Copenhagen Airport (CPH). The hotel is also very close to Tivoli Gardens and within easy walking distance of many of the city’s main attractions and central areas. Copenhagen is such a wonderful city to explore on foot, and the hotel’s location made it very easy and enjoyable to walk around and discover the city. Breakfast was excellent, with a very generous selection and plenty of options to choose from. The staff were exceptionally friendly, welcoming, and helpful. I particularly appreciated that, depending on our needs, they were happy to provide several extra benefits and thoughtful touches at no additional cost. The hotel itself is very large, clean, and well maintained. The room was spacious and comfortable, and all the facilities and amenities provided were complete and fully functional. The bed was especially comfortable, and the shower had consistently warm water with good pressure. The room temperature was also very easy to adjust and control, which made the stay even more comfortable. The only small downside was that our room did not have a refrigerator, but this did not significantly affect our overall experience. Overall, I think the Imperial Hotel offers very good value for money considering its location, comfort, facilities, breakfast, and level of service. It will definitely remain on my list of favorite hotels for future visits to Copenhagen — a truly wonderful city that I would happily return to. No comment
