Scandic Front

The location was excellent with docks right to the side of the building and just a few blocks away from the tour boats. So many sights close by. The breakfast was very good as well. The chairs were somewhat worn down. Would have been nice to have a refrigerator and hot pot to warm water.

Good location. Extra towels provided on request. Air conditioning did not cool. Towels were thin.

Tiny pillow

Location was perfect Only one toilet was in the room and it was ar second floor. Entrance was at the first floor. It was little upset to climb up for toilet.

The breakfast was plentiful with many options. We chose to stay in the most basic room, which was perfect for us because we only slept there ... no extra room needed.

Locations Pillow is too low and small, mattress wasn’t comfortable. Bathroom doesn’t provide any tissues or water.

It’s like 3 star hotel, does not provide any tissues, water, and extra charges for luggage storage.

breakfast room location

Many areas of the rooms, particularly the bedrooms and bedroom corridors needed to be re-painted. For example the paint in many areas was chipped and faded and the soft furnishings and towels were frayed. It gives a general impression of the hotel not being that well maintained and tired looking, despite it being a modern hotel.

We had a nice, small room. Location was very good. Public Parking nearby was pretty expensive.

The beds are very comfy, the rooms are spacious and the water view room is awesome!

Great Location

Location was great, loved that the french balcony window opened, friendly staff and great breakfast No cozy comfortable chair in the room, it had a chair but not comfortable

Centrally located, easy to walk to attractions such as the little mermaid statue, the homes of Hans Christian Anderson, the Freetown and so on. Staff is friendly. The floor in the shower is a little unusual like cobblestones. It would be nice to have tissue paper in the room.

We had a great stay at this hotel. The location couldn't have been better. We were within walking distance of the main tourist areas and surrounded by plenty of restaurants. The breakfast was also a highlight, with lots of options. The hotel was comfortable and made our trip easy and enjoyable. Breakfast was excellent with plenty of choices. Rooms are small and can feel stuffy.

Breakfast spread was great. Staff at the breakfast area were very friendly and courteous. Room size was good and beds were comfortable. Location was not too bad. Walkable to train station - Kongens Nytorv. Bus stop right in front of hotel which we used to take to Home of Carlsberg and Copenhagen Central Station and Trivoli Gardens. Overall an OK stay. But would stay nearer the train station if I return to Copenhagen again. The curtains provided are not exactly black out curtains. One very sunny morning during our 3 nights' stay, the sun was shinning in so brightly through the curtains that it affected our sleep. We couldn't sleep longer and the room (Room 102) felt very warm.

good location charged me a fee to check into room earlier when I arrived, even thought I sent an e mail to ask if I could check in earlier. they could have informed me via e mail that a charge applies rather than say it depends.. Then I would not have tried checked to check in earlier. Room did not have kettle, tisdue paper. Had to go down to lobby every time I wanted hot water. There was additional charge for hot tea or coffee.

Staff, including Bella, were very helpful and responsive. The breakfast was absolutely incredible, one of the best hotel breakfasts ever. Expensive snacks and overall value.
