Close to things we wanted to see/do

This location is extremely convenient. Everything works.

Location is good, close to downtown. Breakfast is not bad. Toilet is right next to the beds, there is no sound insulation whatsoever, so every tiny sound is heard. Which is not great, especially at night. Internet connection quality was very lousy, it would disappear very often. And with no conection you cannot use the locks in the room and elevator. That was very annoying feature.

The receptionist, Anja, did an amazing job and got us rooms close to each other. She was very nice and helpful and could answer all our questions about breakfast etc. The rooms are small for the price. Breakfast only consists of basic items and will feel repetitive after 1-2 days. Breakfast prices on the webpage and booking.com are unclear and outdated.

Avoid at all costs! Misleading room sizes and overpriced. The rooms are advertised as 12 square meters, but there is absolutely no way the total area is that large. Upon entering the room, there is a one-meter long corridor-like wall, right behind which the bathroom begins. The space from the door opening to the bed is incredibly narrow. Even the length of the bed itself is too short for a person to lie down straight comfortably. Furthermore, there are no sheer curtains on the window—only heavy blackout curtains. If you draw them, the room becomes pitch black; if you open them, the sun blares right in. We couldn't even find enough floor space to open and lay out two medium-sized suitcases. I have stayed in over a hundred hotels across Europe, and I have never seen a room marketed with such misleading information. This is absolutely not a room for two people. It is disgustingly small—I can only describe it as a coffin. I highly recommend that nobody stays here. To make matters worse, it is not cheap at all; it costs around $170 per night, and it is nowhere near worth that price. I stayed in Room 1718. When I confronted the front desk staff and told them the room wasn't 12 square meters, suggesting, "Bring a tape measure and let’s measure it together," they refused, saying they couldn't do that. Of course they refused—because they know perfectly well that the net area is nowhere near 12 square meters.

The view was awesome. The bed was comfortable. The room was clean and tidy. Very tiny room, had to pay for my husband to stay when I thought I had paid for the room for 2 people as in every other booking we made! Reception staff didn't suggest breakfast options or facilities available.

The tiniest and the most expensiver hotel room I have ever booked. The room was also dirty, unclean and barely had any place to move around negative value for money

    Nothing

Lacks soundproofing. The guests next door were loud in the early hours of morning.

Close to train station and staff was great. There was some inconsistency with shower water temperature.

    Everything

Location is close to the central station. The soundproofing is so poor. I can hear people who sleep next door snoring at night. When people in other rooms close their doors, I can feel the bed and the wall shaking. The standard room is really small. No kettle and no mini fridge.

Room was extremely small, not very clean in the sense that some had partially vacuumed the carpet which was quite dirty where it met the walls and the bed frame.
