The location of the property was excellent. We didn’t have a view of the canal from our room but that was ok because it would have been quite noisy. The breakfast was small and had few choices.

Wonderful location, very friendly staff. Nice continental breakfast with lots of choice. Rooms are a good size and very clean. There is no AC ; probably not necessary for most times, but we were in CPH during a very unseasonal, hot spell. The room had a portable fan, which did help. Definitely would stay here again! No AC

Great location, right on the Nyhavn Canal, within walking distance of many main attractions. Staff was great. Would definitely stay here again. Room was an average hotel room, very clean. Liked the property very much, but wished they had more shelves in the bathroom for toiletries.

Perfect location! Out the front door you are on the canal, for suggesting boat rides, and full selection of restaurants. I also loved the history of the building/location on the back hall of the courtyard! I asked and was let into the original chapel.

The entry to the courtyard required you to go up stairs, thru a door and then back downstairs There is a door right there with an electronic lock that could be programmed to allow you to enter with your room key. Insane! The staff gave wrong directions to the room upon arrival. The elevator didn't work upon arrival and the shower drain was clogged. Both were fixed in a timely fashion though. The breakfast was meager.

The hotel is central to where we wanted to stay. The rooms are beautiful and bright and clean. Very well appointed with everything we would need. Staff went out of their way to accommodate early check-in. Nothing. It was perfect.

The place of the accommodation is great. Too close the city center shopping street also you are near the canal. Staff was so great and helpful. Breakfast was also satisfying
