The location was the best detail about this hotel. The first room we were given was the size of a shoebox and had flies and gnats up and down the shower and walls of the bathroom. The hotel staff upgraded us to a larger room for 2 and it was clean. The problem was there was no AC or enough air circulation so it was very very hot. We eventually opened a window but then had to deal with the noise outside. Needless to say I had a very restless night. Also, the elevator only fits 2 people at a time. Breakfast is not included and it takes a long time to get your breakfast once it’s ordered.

Location and stuff were excellent. Bathroom was old and need a renovation.

Beautiful! They did the best possible decor and warm vibe. The location was perfect, could not have been better. The staff was friendly and kind and helpful. It is such a warm vibe in the lobby, hygge at its finest. The room is very small which is normally OK for me, but the way it is positioned makes it feel claustrophobic. It was very hot with curtain open when sun coming in which made it feel more boxed in. The windows need to be open so at night the echos from the courtyard can be quite loud but very infrequent and temporary so my sleeps were very comfortable — the room serves its purpose. I don’t spend a lot of time in the room anyway!

The location is great, close to metro and Kongens Nytorv / Nyhavn. Staff was very nice Room is very small, and the bathroom doesn’t have a separate shower, so after a shower the floor is wet. In my room it seemed like the angle of the floor was slightly off so the water was not going down the drain very fast, making the floor not only wet but flooded after a shower. Price is a bit high compared to what you get, despite the location.

The breakfast room was nice. Good central location, near bicycle rental and bicycle paths. Very friendly service. The room was very small and not well arranged. One couldn't easily reach the window, or sit at the desk. It would have been better to have it a real single room, and not include an empty twin bed. The curtains were not very light-tight, with the sun rising so early in the summer. And a red emergency light near the door and the bed head was not helping. Finally, the worst for me was the 2 layers of extremely soft foam mattress.

The apartment was clean and the beds comfortable No A/C , bedroom was really hot

Nothing

Location The price we paid did not reflect the premises. No AC no TV, bare bones accommodations. Paid over &200.00.

We had a lovely room with a balcony style window. The room was very comfortable--we slept so well after walking all over the city. The location was so perfect for getting around. Not all of the outlets worked, and some were tied in with the overhead light.

Great new build hotel. Well situated. Not a far walk from the old city. Nice spa facilities. Great breakfast. Very comfortable room. No complaints about anything. Highly recommend. nothing

The breakfast plate was excellent. The pastries were freshly made.

All fine. Great staff and location. Booking management interation with booking.com. But on the plus side i had to try out alternative hotels and found some excellent options.

Arrived after midnight. Easy access instructions. Easy commute from the airport through the train and walking distance from train station. Very clean and comfortable rooms

really friendly staff with good breakfast. tiny lift (but it works for one person and one suitcase). Small but very clean room. the shower gel was outside the shower and fixed to the washbasin..a tiny issue but you had to lean out and wet the floor when washing.. weird.

Despite the shower being clogged our first night (which staff quickly fixed), we had a lovely stay. Very nice, clean room and wonderful, kind, and knowledgeable staff!

I liked the staff. They were friendly, capable, and quick to provide any informtion I asked for. Breakfast was absolutely sumptuous. I enjoyed evenings in the lounge with coffee or a glass of wine. Just a very pleasant place to stay. I liked being so close to a canal and the walkability. All was good.

The hotel is in a good location and offers a decently sized living room, which are the only reasons for the two stars. • The "2-Bedroom" Setup: This was actually just one normal bedroom and a small nook off the living room separated only by a flimsy curtain. • Bathroom Failures: The sink is so small and obstructed by a shelf that you have to stand sideways just to wash your face. Worse, the shower had zero pressure; management claimed repairs were conveniently scheduled for the day after our departure. • Logistics: The elevator is tiny, fitting only two people or one person with luggage, but not both. With no phone in the room, any question or request requires a trip down to the ground floor in person. • Maintenance & Service: The bedroom and bathroom doors squeaked horribly the first night (fixed only the next day). There were no "Do Not Disturb" or "Clean My Room" cards, and the staff failed to clean our room at all until we began reminding them on a daily basis. • Dining Experience: In the cafeteria, items on the menu were sold out, and the staff member was surprisingly rude, glaring at me unapologetically as if it were my fault for selecting something they didn't have.

No TV.

The room left much to be desired particularly the bathroom and the shower curtain that clung to you.

Friendly staff and good location The worst hotel stay EVER! The elevator is not working. It was mentioned in comments from 2025 but I thought for sure it’s fixed! I was in 4th floor and with a big suitcase. There are sooo Many stairs. So u can only imagine! The bed/very thin thing and very old flat pillows. With Any tiny move, that piece moved even more. I ended up with bad neck pain cause I couldn’t sleep comfortably for 3nights. The room itself is the size of a bathroom/ not exaggerating at all when I say that! There is barely a space for one suitcase. The shower is very old and the water runs everywhere. Every time I open the faucet the water flows then stops Making very strong noises. The smell is the hallways is horrible. If I’m being charged those rates, I’m expecting a decent facility with a good quality services !
