Copenhagen Strand Hotel

The Strand exceeded my expectations, the breakfast offering was very good. Right on the run route for the Ironman race, it was fantastically located. There was nothing not to like.

Location and cleanliness Can’t really think of anything, but if I had to pick something, the button to flush, the toilet was kinda hard to push

Hotel was very nice. Above average for European hotel. Breakfast was expensive. Location was great. Next to flower market. Breakfast places were located across from Flower market whiz is next to hotel. One block in the other direction is a block with all types of restaurants for dinner.

Really charming hotel in great location with really helpful staff. Would thoroughly recommend renting their bikes for the day to explore the city. Room relatively small for two people travelling with two large cases. Shower is over the bath and impossible to shower without getting water all over the bathroom floor.

Very clean and comfortable. The staff was welcoming and helpful. The location was outstanding! I would stay here again. We had the breakfast here and it was a wonderful buffet. Staff helpful to store luggage and help us with taxi service. We didn't have any negative experience here. We did rent several rooms to accommodate our bigger family and it worked well to do so. We had a great stay.

wonderful suite looking over canal and walking distance to everything, breakfast was superb! we had to leave after 3 wonderful days in Copenhagen :(

The hotel was in a perfect location, close to restaurants and an easy walk to the shops and metro.

This hotel was in a great location in the heart of Nyhavn. We walked up to the Fortress and saw the mermaid, we also walked to the Royal palaces, and then we also walked to the National Museum. Everything was within a 30-minute walk. It's a great location, a lot of the cruise ships have their passengers, mostly American, staying at this hotel. Staff are super nice. We didn't have the breakfast but it looked like it was good. Note that there's no air conditioning in the rooms, but there was a Dyson fan which we used and it helped but we wouldnt want to stay there if the weather was really hot. We tried opening the window and it would have been nice to have a breeze but the window kept on slamming shut which was annoying. Webooked two connecting rooms because we're traveling with our adult children. It was nice to be able to have that option to be close. We got to the hotel before checkin and they kept our luggage in a secure room in the back. They also have a filtered water fountain in the lobby so it's convenient for fillung water bottles. The lobby also has tables and chairs and a nice Lounge area for people to sit. I saw some people playing board games there. No air conditioning
