Location is fantastic! Walked to everything out grabbed a bike. Or took the metro. All the sights were so close! Rooms are small, and that is clear in the booking information.

Great location, really close to the waterfront, Broens street food and to Nyhavn. Rooms were clean and well maintained. Also appreciated the small fans that were provided for warmer days. The bathrooms don’t have a full glass partition between the bath area and the toilet/basin. Neither is there a shower curtain. So every time you have a shower, the whole bathroom floor gets wet. There is also no ventilation in the bathrooms at all so every surface gets slick with moisture.

Our room was located on the ground floor next to the lobby where you could hear guests arriving and talking to the receptionist.

The location was excellent. The room was clean. The breakfast was nice. Terribly hot with no cooling provided apart from a plug in fan. Room was very very small, too small for the price paid. Could not sleep due to heat. Needed window open with fan constantly going, but then every city noise was magnified.

The hotel is in a great location, very near Nyhavn and close to the metro to get to the airport. Lime bikes (or alternatives)are everywhere and make it easy to get around the city. The staff were very friendly and could not have been more accommodating. Breakfast was very good! Their policy of only cleaning a room if you ask is a little strange, in my opinion, particularly for a 4 night stay. The room was smaller than I expected and very hot. For the price we paid, I’d (wrongly!) expected air conditioning. The bed was also incredibly soft. Overall, I’d expected more from the hotel for a 4* and particularly given the price we paid.

Excellent breakfasts Size of the room. Not enough space between bed and window. Major fault in design in the bathroom. Sink too small and a protruding shelf made it very difficult to wash our faces. You could break your nose on the shelf!

Room was really comfortable if a little small but breakfast was fabulous and the location couldn’t be better. We hired bikes from the hotel which were great value and a brilliant way to get about. Nothing we were really happy.

Thank goodness you provided a fan, it made the hit weather bearable. The location is fantastic and convenient. And I was really happy we rented your bicycle and toured the city with a fresh experience. the air doesn't come thru the window unfortunately.

The location is great and the bed is very comfortable. The sizes of the rooms we got are so small. It was barely possible to open suitcases . We had 2 large suitcases and a carry on and there was no space. Also there was no AC.
