Locke Copenhagen

We had a room at the 20th floor, with a really beautiful view. The hotel is greatly located, near almost all attractions. The bed was a bit too small for 2 persons, but otherwise very comfortable.

The location was great, right by the station, with plenty of things to do. We were upgraded to a suite, which included a washer/dryer in unit, which was really handy. Loved the bath and the bed.

The suite was well organized and had everything we needed for our week long stay. The staff was excellent and upon our request there was a "daily refresh" - we received fresh towels and our trash was removed. We stayed a week and mid-week we had a full room cleaning. The washing machine in our room was very convenient for small loads. The workout facilities were exellent! We liked having the option of the buffet or cafe for breakfast. My family did not eat that much when we chose to eat from the buffet, so it was not a good value for us. The cafe offered excellent choices and the portion sizes were perfect for my family. We appreciated having the option of oatmilk for our coffee drinks. The location of the hotel was excellent! We found it very convenient to walk to major tourist spots. On days when we did not walk, it was very convenient to get to the train station. The area is continuing to be developed and new restaurants will be opening in the upcoming months. My diamond tennis bracelet must have fell off sometime during the checkout process. I realized my bracelet was missing when I arrived at the airport. I immediatley wrote the hotel and received a prompt response. Within minutes I was notified that the bracelet was found and the staff gave me directions on how to proceed. My bracelet was sent via DHL to my residence in the USA. When I realized the bracelet was missing, I figured it was lost forever. I will be forever grateful to the staff for recovering my bracelet and sending it to me.d We did not realize that the hotel was pet friendly. My daughter and I are both allergic to cats and dogs. There was pet hair all over our socks, despite the room appearing to be clean. I had to take allergy medication my entire stay due to the pet hair in our room. There were only six hangers in our room. Since there was limited storage for our week long stay, it would have been nice to have at least 12 hangers in our room.

The hotel is in an excellent location, making it easy to explore Copenhagen on foot or by public transportation. The property feels almost brand new, and everything was exceptionally clean and well-maintained throughout our stay. What really made our visit special was the wonderful staff. Everyone was friendly, welcoming, and accommodating, but we would especially like to thank Lisa, who went above and beyond to make us feel at home. Her kindness and professionalism made a lasting impression on us. We also thoroughly enjoyed the hotel's restaurant. We had lunch there many times during our stay, and every meal was delicious. The food was consistently fresh, well prepared, and full of flavor, and the service was excellent. Overall, our two-week stay at Locke Copenhagen exceeded our expectations. We highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Copenhagen and would gladly stay there again on our next trip.

We were warned about the construction sound and didn’t anticipate how loud it was going to be.

Air conditioned, great location, new premises, cooking facilities great. Staff friendly and helpful. Tableware too few.

The location was perfect! The central station is behind the hotel, and there is a direct train to the airport. It is also very easy to get around the city from the hotel using the public bus and train (once you've downloaded the Rejsebillet app). The room was very clean when we checked in, and we really appreciated having a kitchenette and larger fridge/freezer! The kitchen was also stocked with dishes and cookware. The staff was super friendly and helpful. The front desk always had someone there to help, especially if you needed extra towels. The hotel was a bit harder to find by car at night (especially with the construction near the ramp), but if you look closely at the sign on the entry ramp, it is a bit clearer to see where to go. To get your room refreshed, ask the front desk. Unfortunately, our refreshing was mis-timed, and we were back before they could get to our room.

Modern and stylish amenities for incredible value. Thoroughly enjoyed our stay at this conveniently located hotel. Customer service was very good and we felt very taken care of. Super close to train station and centrally positioned.

Brand new hotel in a great location, close walking distance to the central station but located in a quiet area. The room was clean and spacious and modern and had great views of the city. Liked having the option of a kitchenette in the room if needed and shared laundry facilities. Nothing!

Our room was facing a construction zone and train station. Our AC was not working well so we had our windows open. The noise from the train and construction ( starting at 6:30 am) was loud. The next night the AC quit altogether, staff was able to move our room and it was perfect.

Everything is great just you should install in the bathroom electrical rack for clothes and provide slippers.

The location is really good; you will be next to the central station. Since Copenhagen is a very walkable city, you can easily walk to every part of the city. The room was really nice and well maintained. -

Location, staff, comfort. Entrance is a bit indirect.
