Location next to train station And close to everything We arrived a little early and they dont keep bags for free, had to bring bags to a other hotel Saga and come down stairs to a paid locker. Very bad, since hotel is not cheap

room is too small.
-
Breakfast, cleanliness. Very small rooms, no air conditioning, elevators stop on half floor so you have to carry your luggage up 11 stairs on arrival and then down or up depending on room choice, expensive.
-
Room is little bit small if you want to spend some time during the day. No other options than laying in the bed but this wasn’t a problem for us.
-
The double room was very small.
-
The location is good with respect to transportation, but the streets were quite busy and loud at night.
-
Staff is helpful The bed was so uncomfortable and the room was too small

Very good breakfast, nice interior yard. Very helpful staff, answering all questions and making you feel home.

Staffs were nice and friendly. Room was clean. Breakfast was decent.
-
Boiling kettle in the room, quiet location even if in the center.
-
Great breakfast. Friendly staff. Nothing.

The breakfasts were great, especially eating in the lovely courtyard. It was quite hot in Copenhagen when we stayed. The lack of air cond was the only drawback to an otherwise wonderful stay.
-
Very close to train station. Nice staff. Clean room.
-
It was near metro station It’s kind of in a row of your neighborhood, but then we happen to be there over a holiday weekend.

The room was as expected. It was lovely and clean. It was comfortable. The location by the train station was perfect for getting to and from the airport for a short stay. The garden area was lovely. The receptionists that checked us in was wonderful. He held our bags (which were big) behind the desk so we could explore for the day since we arrived at 7am after a redeye flight and our room wasn't available for check in. He also gave us a map of the city and told us good areas for food. He went out of his way to make us welcome. He showed us the bathroom in the lobby to use for a refresh before we headed out. He called us as soon as our room was ready, which was earlier than check in time. We went to drop our bags at the lockers on the day of check out because we didn't catch our flight until later in the evening. We checked out at the end of the checkout time (11:00) and were told that the lockers were full and they couldn't store our bags. We had only planned to store our bags for about 1 hour so that we could walk to lunch before going to the airport. Unfortunately they couldn't help us find a solution. Be aware that if you need to store your bags on your day out, you may want to drop them off early.

Very kind and helpful staff! Great breakfast in a comfortable spot. It was nice to be able to take our time in the morning because the 10 year old child with us often woke up much later than we did. Some mornings we relaxed for almost two hours. Very clean room and dining areas. Nothing about the hotel was wrong. The neighborhood could be loud at night sometimes, but that is the same for much of Copenhagen. Our room was on the street side, and when we had the window shut it was quiet enough.

The front desk personnel was fantastic and really set the tone for our amazing trip. Particularly Ioana, who went above and beyond. She not only assisted us with making reservations for two spectacular restaurants, but upon finding out my father and I were on a quest to find information on our ancestors, she spent time researching information and shared valuable information with us. This was more than we could have ever asked for and we will always be grateful to her. The breakfast, while very good, was expensive. The courtyard was quaint and relaxing. We hung out and read there, as well as ate our breakfast there - quite a bonus. The location was perfect, steps away from the metro, next to the central train station and Tivoli Gardens. It made it easy to get just about anywhere. The cost of the breakfast was high.

Good location fine value for money.

Very comfortable beds, nice clean design, great breakfast, very clean overall, helpful reception staff The bathroom was so tiny it got all wet with each use of shower, could have better solution than curtain

Excellent location - close to station, metro and buses. Decent breakfast with good selection. The room was very small, but well-appointed and clean and perfectly fine for a single person short stay. The price. I paid as much for a night in this 3 star hotel in a 8sq m room with no air conditioning as I paid for a night in a five star hotel in Barcelona with an AC room three times as big. I understand Denmark is expensive, but this is ridiculous.
