Elegimos ese hotel porque teníamos una recepción en el , además está a pocos minutos del aeropuerto , aunque el precio no incluye el desayuno , puedes desayunar con paga. Tienen parqueo en las instalaciones.

First off our room had a crack in the ceiling, the bathroom was not clean behind the doors, no microwave on the property at all and then in the hallway near the gym mold and everything was above our heads walking in and I have pictures. I asked for a refund and the front desk attendant said the hotel doesn’t do that. I will never book a Aloft property ever again and they area where the attendant sat was dusty

We booked a double queen room on July 4 for the dates August 15-17. Upon arrival we were told our room wasn’t available and all they had was a a king bed for 3 people.After about an hour they gave us room 424 a double queen bed room but the barn door to the toilet was missing and the power switch was not working and the cover plate was gone showing exposed wires. I have stayed at several Aloft properties but was very disappointed in this property.Also the toilet room gave off an odor all night.

Now the staff that was there when we checked in and the one after could have been nicer, and made you feel welcoming. The staff that was there in the morning he did acknowledge us and greeted us!

Very disappointed in getting stuck in Dallas and thought I was choosing a good hotel to realize wrong shuttle, no hot water for showed and when trying to book a shuttle for 5 they don’t start till 6. Not helpful!

The room was clean, comfortable and well stocked. The staff were very helpful and accommodating.

10 out of 10 I would stay here again for sure. Clean property, nice staff

Not free breakfast, everything is super clean

Everything is dated. Hallway walls damaged. They say the have a restaurant but they do not. The bartender in the lobby will heat you up a frozen pizza.

I stayed in this hotel twice, the first time was perfect, but the second time was really bad. We ordered a shuttle to pick us up from the airport and it took it an hour and 10 minutes to arrive. We had to stand in the heat waiting for the shuttle while the hotel is exactly 10 minutes away. When we arrived to the room, the AC and the room was broken and we had to depend on floor unit to cool off part of the room. The TV was not working either, but it was late when we arrived so we decided to let it go and just go to bed. The cleaning crew forgot to put hand soap, which makes me worried about cleaning the unit in general.

Very nice place! Clean, abd in good location

Stay there for one night and will be staying there later this week. The shuttle service to the airport was very useful.

Solid value for the money and close to the airport.

It’s a fairly new property and the rooms are well laid out in a small footprint. The room has everything you need.

a cancelled and delayed flight from DFW had us looking in am for a hotel for a needed rest /nap and a tv/lounge for a drink and to watch a world cup soccer game. i called and received outstanding service from staff at Aloft. they allowed early check in and opened lobby bar early for the game- even had some great food for the kitchen. manager Enrique Torres personally took care of us opening the lounge and kitchen early. and a free shuttle to from airport as well- and super comfortable bed. will be back

Enjoyed the retro modern vibe of this hotel. The shower was great and the room had great amenities including a speaker to hook up our own music. Fun!
