Room was spacious, pull out bed was massive. Most of the staff was good. Location is very nice as it’s very close to airport The rooms weren’t really tidied or made up to the mark.

Honestly everything went perfect, checkin, rooms, breakfast, food, service, cleaning, valet parking, etc. All employees, no exception, had great service attitude, always diligent and always smiling. A hotel to come back again! Anything, liked everything.

However, the only significant issue was the cleaning staff; they were intentionally rude and disruptive while cleaning just to ruin our World Cup experience and force us to leave.
