Love the rooms, staff and location

The restaurant was amazing! We are foodies and were pleasantly surprised. Apparently will be creating a new food concept with the same chef soon…it’ll be good as they def know how to cook. Great sommelier tasted us on some rum. Very friendly staff throughout the property. They also had padel outside in the courtyard which I didn’t know but am excited to return just for that. Tasty coffee too!

Last night the room next to ours #1001 which also is connected with a door had a party at 1:30AM last night and we couldn’t sleep. We called the front desk and asked them to do something which. They may have but these people kept going and it was really loud with the door between rooms and no door sweep we could hear everything.

We’ve stayed at this property many times, unfortunately this time the room wasn’t clean, staff didn’t seem to know what to do, there wasn’t a manager on property at the time, the phone in the room didn’t work and when I called on my phone they wouldn’t answer the phone. Maybe it was a one off experience but it was unpleasant. Shower floor had hair and stains.

Room was average. Rooftop garden and pool amazing. Good food options but overpriced drinks. Coffee in morning should be earlier than 7

The hotel itself is nice but the Restaurants and the rooftop bar need an update on food. The food is undercooked and is served cold. The prices are extremely high. You can eat a nice steak down the road for cheaper and better. The roof top was closed due to rain even though half of it it’s covered. I wouldn’t recommend eating or drinking on the property as the price doesn’t match the quality. I had to return my dinner and appetizer due to it being cold and under cooked. After paying $200 for the dinner that non of us ate and it was 3 of us, we went down the road for a burger. Very disappointed.

Genuinely kind and professional Loved dinner at both restaurants on site The Collab and Mamey!! The service, the awesome waiters, so kind, attentive, warm, caring! and curteous… a delight when you arrive tired and stressed Just what I needed! An oasis in the middle of a residential/business/university of Miami neighborhood! The open air terrace pool beautifully landscaped, with a bar and a view of the neighborhood park and the city. A place to feel at home! A home you want to return to over and over! As i did so myself❤️🌹

We had a wonderful stay! The room was clean, comfortable, and well maintained. The staff was friendly and helpful. I loved that there were two restaurants to choose from and a rooftop bar. Everything was so convenient and easily accessible, which made our stay even more enjoyable. We had a great experience and would definitely stay here again!

We had a great time at the Thesis hotel! The property is very nice overall, and well maintained. I think what really stood out was the helpful and kind staff at this hotel! Every front desk employee was very friendly and helpful when questions came up. The concierge Fernando was especially incredible! His enthusiasm and recommendations are a huge part of what made our visit great. He helped us find local spots we never would have known about with our own research, including unique beach experiences, restaurants, live music and dancing. He also worked his magic to get us a last minute reservation at the acclaimed restaurant Zitz Sum, which was such a unique dining experience. He remembered small details about our interests, and tailored his ideas for us accordingly. His expertise was game-changing, and he's a big part of why I would recommend Thesis to others.
