La Quinta Inn & Suites by Wyndham Coralville Iowa City

I'll start by saying that any negative feedback provided by others I have reviewed is an automatic denial for future stays by the owners. Who does that?!! Otherwise, the stay was fine, the room was clean, breakfast was not great....eggs are super bland. We will be looking elsewhere next time as there are several hotels in the immediate area where, I assume, the owners will actually try to improve based on the reviews.

Terrible... Expedia

I called front desk, told them the t.v. wasn't working, she said she couldn't do nothing, she was rude, midnight shift person , she was also sleeping on couch at front door, very unprofessional. I should get full refund, what kind of modern upclass newer hotel has non working t.v. for 40 years t.v. puts me to sleep.

Very nice rooms, clean bathroom. The beds and the pillows were so comfortable. The staff was very nice and helpful 👍

Appearance very welcoming. Room was fine but there is a lack of hooks/bars to hang towels (bar under sink does not accommodate bath towels). No free wifi is a drawback. Breakfast was fine. One issue was trying to check out - no one at front desk - rang bell numerous times and still no one after 10 minutes. Had to leave note & keys checking out and call back to ensure they had checked us out.

The staff was friendly and helpful. The beds are very uncomfortable

Location is great. Breakfast was not as fresh as when it was Best Western. Coffee was not plentiful at departure time.

bathroom was filthy. hair was left everywhere. even on the towels. told the staff and all i got was an ok. would not recommend staying here. Also i have blonde hair not black.

Our room was ready and clean. The breakfast area was also clean and tidy. Food offering was typical of similar priced hotels.

Eggs were good .sausage was setting in grease.

Nice folks, clean room, good shower. Breakfast was poor… sausage, eggs and potatoes were all stone cold.

The room was clean and comfortable. The hotel’s high ceilings made it feel more grand & attractive. The hot and cold breakfast is appreciated.

We have stayed here a few times now, they’re excellent and do a great job. Would recommend!
