Location in the city center First room was quite warm. Turning on the AC only made it worse and the windows did not open. Complained to the front desk and they said that the central heating was on and the AC would not cool. They did move me to another room which had working AC plus windows that opened. When I checked in I asked if I could have a late checkout. The person at the front desk said “fine what time”. I said 2pm and he said “ok, all set.” The morning of my last day the front desk calls to tell me that it’s past (regular) check out time and I tell them I have a lake checkout. They said they didn’t have it in their system and I would have to pay 50,000 pesos. I went to the front desk and complained and they did not charge it. But they implied that it was somehow my fault for not “confirming” it. When I asked how would I do that I didn’t get an answer. The rooms were outdated and a little run down, but that didn’t bother me and was charming in its own way. Everything was clean.

A welcoming hotel in the heart of Cordoba, within walking distance to the main sights and the Guemes bar and restaurant area. Our room had a beautiful view of the Iglesia San Francisco, which we thoroughly appreciated. The room was spacious and lean, very functional, with comfortable bedding and excellent lighting. The bathroom offered ample space as well, with an excellent rainforest shower. Breakfast was superb, with a great selection. All staff at the hotel were extremely helpful and supportive.

Hotel is good, staff is very kind. Location is very good. The windows in our room were really not soundproof so with close window on 3rd floor it seems as if we are on a ground floor with open window i.e. one can hear everything from the street.

Great hotel, perfect location, and lovely staff. Very good in-house restaurant and impressive breakfast (especially for argentina, which doesnt really have a bfast culture). Rooftop pool also very nice, good views! I didn't really ever figure out how the lights worked in the room. There were individual switches and a master switch, but i could only turn off the bedside lamps with the master switch?? And then the bedside plug for charging my phone didn't work. I was quite confused by this, I guess the staff would have helped if I had asked though.

Staff was very friendly and answered all our questions. When we had a slight issue on the room, they quickly fixed it. We didnt include breakfast but wish we did. They had a buffet and a-la-cart option. We ended up paying for two days because we enjoyed the food there. Great service and excellent options for food. Room was spacious. It was right in the city so everything was walkable. Across the street from a beautiful church.

Every single staff member went above and beyond in terms of the service they provided and their friendliness. When I told them I was vegan, they made sure to inform the restaurant staff, and when I went for breakfast in the morning they were ready for me and made me a special vegan option which was very delicious. The only bad thing was the bathroom. The way the shower doors are installed, it's impossible for water NOT to leak out when you are showering, so basically the bathroom floor was always wet. Even when I came back to the room and it was made, the floor of the bathroom was still wet. Therefore, the bathroom always smelled a bit moldy/musty from the constantly wet floors.

Wonderful hotel, wonderful staff, well located. We love this hotel and we come back every year when we visit Córdoba A gem in very close proximity to the historical attraction. The breakfast is amazing the service is great. Dining is also a great experience.

The temperature regulation was kind of high so it became hot at some point what made us open the windows (staff recommendation) and because of that it became very noisy.

clean. excellent location. friendly staff. very good breakfast in a pleasant environment. nothing except for the relatively limited space for the additional bed. the breakfast was excellent; however the quality and taste of the coffee required improvement.

Great location, very close to the main square and cathedral. Rooms are very comfortable. All the staff were so friendly and helpful, especially Esteban at reception. The hotel has an excellent restaurant, possibly the best restaurant in Cordoba.

Good sized room and coffee facilities in room though they charge. Excellent location. Small pool being charged for coffee pods used in room without being being told in advance. Staff were a bit surly

Great location one block from the main square. Good breakfast and a wonderful although not very big rooftop pool. Staff were all great! Bonus point: among the best beds I’ve ever slept in!
