THE HOTEL

Great location, great staff and great breakfast. It's a beautiful hotel and a good value for the price. The windows were right on a busy street and had zero seal to them. We may as well of been sleeping on the street for all the noise.

Very friendly staff, good location. Free underground parking and our pop-up camper and truck fit underneath. The rooms upfront have quite a bit of road noice.

Staff is very nice and helpful. Secure Parking Rooms, bathrooms and AC units are a little old. They have made it look very nice though.

It was very clean, with spacious rooms to accommodate a family of 5. We did not have internet signal in our room. There is no elevator to go to 2nd floor room so be ready to carry your luggage !

For me the bathrooms were a little old but functional.

This place is not worth it, the lounge is the only beautiful part of the hotel. The rooms are extremely small, you can't put 2 bags in there, it's either stumble across the bags to get to the washroom or stumble across the bed to get there. The shower is a joke, a dwarf would bump into the sides. They claim to be pet friendly but the moment our super clean and behaved little one jumped onto the couch the desk clerk jumped up to get him away..... literally 5 mi Utes later 2 "ladies of the night" who we had seen soliciting on the front steps on sitting on the step walk in and they sit on the couches....clean little dog vs ladies of the night after their shift sitting bare back on the pavement????

Extremely friendly staff, parking facilities indoors. The rooms are tiny and though they give the impression of being recently repainted, they would actually need a complete overhaul. The lobby and indoor patio area are very nice. Location near the river and park is nice. The city centre is a 20 min. walk away. The size and over-dated feel of the rooms. Ours had effectively no window, our friends' was on the street side, where soundproofing was inexistent. The adjacent street is superbusy so they didn't get much sleep. The bathrooms were a little iffy. No space to put your luggage so you need to crawl over your bags to get to your bed. No sockets near the bed.

The common areas were clean. There is an attractive atrium. The room was too small and very tired, in need of investment. The area is poor.

The hotel is super modern, beautiful decoration and very friendly personnel. The isolation of the windows is really bad so the noise of the street is really loud with the car passing by.

Lobby and shared areas spacious and well presented. Good breakfast choices. Lovely garden courtyard to sit in. Our room faced the road so was very noisy at night. Try and get a room overlooking the courtyard if you can. Room a bit small.

The hotel was very clean, modern and welcoming. The staff was very helpful and accomodating, and the breakfast was ample and great. I was thrilled with the parking availabilities and central location. The hotel is on a main road and my room was directly facing it, I found it difficult to sleep with the constant noise of motorcycles and traffic.
