It seemed like I had to always tell them that I needed room service instead of them actually doing it. My toilet was bad. Weak flush. And it ran on its own. Hated it.

Connecting with the resort upon arrival to the airport. The site is a compound and the gate is closed at night. There is a guard that can let you in but I didn’t know that at the time. Not wanting to wait outside the property due to safety.
