Staff was nice

The facility was clean and the staff were friendly. The price of the room was affordable. The tv was broken in the first room we moved into and the room had a strong mildew odor. They moved us to another room which was much better. The tv worked and there was no mildew smell. The pool was out of order. We stayed on the first floor but noticed the elevator was out of order.

Nothing. We are moving and booked for a comfort inn for two days to rest and the establishment had no power since 7:30 that morning and couldn’t check in. They said we shouldn’t have been booked due to the outage. Then we got transferred an hour backwards to another comfort inn in south haven and they were over booked. The agent at the front desk had to get on the phone and tell them that they don’t understand why booking was sending people people to them when they were over booked by two rooms. Had to drive around and book at a Hampton inn for double the price for one night instead of two that we originally planed for. We had to pay $258, instead of the booking offer at comfort inn. And then had to wait for it to clear to get to my account leaving us waiting around in a vehicle with a uhual and three animals until it cleared to continue our journey. We wasted so much time and money with booking with this site. Extremely disappointed and definitely expect a call from customer service. On top of it customer service said they would call back in 45 minutes to see if we found another location and would cover the difference in cost for one night there and one night at comfort in and that never happened. Front desk employees did an excellent job We stayed 1 night & charged for 2.

My stay for the weekend was so good .10/10 the breakfast it was bad .

The room was clean. The ice machine was broken. The pool was out of order. The lobby was dirt. The security door was proped open with a rock evey time I went by it.

Overall stay was ok...I mean just ok! Elevor was broken so having to go upstairs with luggage. Pool wasn't in service and breakfast was not as pleasant. Wifi terrible, however only positive thing was their customer Service was top tier 👌

Property is tucked away and away from highway, sitting behind a Costco. Pool out of order; laundry out of order. The carpet in my room was drenched from a faulty air conditioning unit.

The staff was nice and friendly. The first room we received had a big patched area in the ceiling right over the bed and the air conditioner was leaking so the floor was wet. Discovered the wet floor late at night before going to bed. The next morning addressed it with the staff and they changed our room to a better one that looked like it had been remodeled slightly.

The staff was really accommodating. Even with the problems, things were really good. Breakfast was not very appetizing. We had to move twice after checking in. Once was due to a/c not working properly, television not working, phone not working. The last was because there was unexpected water in the bathroom. Also, the Internet was very poor and the pool was not operational.

The front desk attendant was very helpful and professional and polite. The first room was hot the floor was caving in and soaking wet. The front attendant made a room change and was able to put in a room just the same as the first one. The pool was scary and filthy so the kids didn't want to swim anymore so we just slept well and enjoyed each other's company for the remaining time we were there.

Debbie at the front desk was great! I was nervous about Memphis in general but the property was in a good location. “Park at your own risk” signs concerned me

Great customer service and clean

My stay was for 10 days. King Size Suite. The front desk staff was excellent. Upon my arrival to the room, I wiped everything down with Lysol just for my benefit. The furniture was old, drawers not closing properly. The linen had small holes in one of the sheets, however, the bed was very comfortable and the air conditioner kept the room cool like I wanted it. Each time the cleaning staff serviced my room, they only did one thing each time. Change the towels only, when the trash was also overflowing or the toilet tissue was about to run out with no extra roll. They "may" have wiped down the shower. I was away from the room until very late most of the time. My next to the last day, they changed and replaced everything. The weekday breakfast staff was busy talking instead of refilling things or staying on top of cleaning behind the guests. The weekend person was very good. Not sure if I would stay here again, but would find another hotel in the area. Great shopping area.
