My stay was for 10 days. King Size Suite. The front desk staff was excellent. Upon my arrival to the room, I wiped everything down with Lysol just for my benefit. The furniture was old, drawers not closing properly. The linen had small holes in one of the sheets, however, the bed was very comfortable and the air conditioner kept the room cool like I wanted it. Each time the cleaning staff serviced my room, they only did one thing each time. Change the towels only, when the trash was also overflowing or the toilet tissue was about to run out with no extra roll. They "may" have wiped down the shower. I was away from the room until very late most of the time. My next to the last day, they changed and replaced everything. The weekday breakfast staff was busy talking instead of refilling things or staying on top of cleaning behind the guests. The weekend person was very good. Not sure if I would stay here again, but would find another hotel in the area. Great shopping area.

The Staff was nice and apologetic. The lobby and room was okay. I was promised a credit $20 that never came.

The area is nice for shopping and the staff was nice. The bad thing was I

Elevator not working, I was given a room on second floor and roommate walks with a cane. Television not working staff were asked on several occasions and no staff came to fix.

I didn’t like the back door at the hotel was open and never lock. Someone can easily came in and could hurt someone. That really needs to be fixed, I didn’t feel safe not at all!!!!

I love to stay here when I’m in town.

Came for a funeral, my reservation choice was not hovered, bed sheets were filthy we asked for other sheets, room had tv but no remote, went to the desk they said they did not have any remotes available, the couch while side was not attached and fell off and spilled drink due to this, the breakfast was horrible. This has changed our minds and we won’t be staying at a Comfort Inn anymore, sorry.

I had bed bugs or scabies after my stay. I was affected on My right side/ side I lay on (right face, right wrist, right upper arm, right behind the knee, right elbow, right shin. Couch was unclean. Make sure bed bugs are not in rooms. Waist of money and time.

Disappointing

Broken elevator, stained bedsheets and towels and looks like they were just restocked without cleaning. In pictures its looks really neat and clean but in reality it was not even close to 50%. Breakfast was okay with limited options.

Every staff member we encountered was friendly, polite and helpful! Beds were comfortable. No bugs. Pool area was clean. Breakfast was good enough. Close to expressway and some restaurants close by. Building needs some extensive maintenance. Elevators worked, but were in very poor condition and sounded like they were going to break- we only took them once. The AC units were unplugged or not working on the 2nd and 3rd floor hallways. The TV remote didn’t work. Our pullout sofa mattress looked like it had never been cleaned or replaced. My son would not sleep on it. When asking for an extra blanket, we were told they were out of them. Towels were dingy and falling apart. Only received 2 towels for the 4 of us. Breakfast was just ok. It’s nice to have the waffle maker and juice. Sausage was very salty, only bread was white bread and yogurt was Trix brand. So nothing really healthy to be had. We arrived on a Friday and a group of construction workers were basically partying in the parking lot. My husband moved our vehicle because they were leaning on it and sitting on the bumper. The pool was nice and clean, but water was cold and we had to sign in at the front desk and she had to unlock the door for us. I’ve never seen that before at a hotel.

While there were some good experiences, the molded carpet smell was the deal breaker for me.

I really liked the location. It was close to everything we were in town for. I did not like the elevator, needs some work. The bathroom shower did not have a soap holder in there. The room door felt a little unsecured, like it had been kicked in before or something.
