Let's talk about the restaurant!! Woot woot! Excellent service. Staff offered Sicilian wine and the opportunity to be either inside or outside was very appealing. Loved that we had a dedicated parking spot right at the room. Room had AC and comfy bedding. Clean. Shower pressure was fab.

The breakfast quality was noticeably better than that of other hotels in the same category in the area, with a good selection and fresh products. Overall, I had a very positive experience and would recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a comfortable and reliable place to stay The location is quite far from public transportation to Milan, so I would not recommend it for tourists planning to visit the city frequently. However, if you are traveling by car, it can be a convenient option

Related to maintenance, I will encourage the hotel management to review the quality condition of the A/C as the temperature in the room cannot be tolerated most of the day and the peak in the afternoon while the sun is hardly hitting in the room. I informed this note twice and till I left it was no solution. so, expect to sweat in night.

This is a place with a lot of potential We went there as a family, and the place looked nothing like the pictures online. It felt abandoned and poorly maintained. We were told the AC wasn’t working, there was no room service, and we even had to go downstairs ourselves to collect food. The pool was closed, and to make things worse, we were spoken to very rudely while simply sitting by the pool and chatting. Overall, it was a terrible experience, and we will definitely never go back.

Great location, excellent breakfast, everything is very clean. Stuff is very friendly. Free Parking in the Garage with direct entry to the elevators is a plus. Italian Guests were offered Coffee directly from the Stuff, we don't. So we had to take our coffee from the coffee machine in the Breakfast area.

The breakfast is good. The receptionist and owner were rude, but the waitress was beautiful and kind.

I like the hotel, very kind workers, great breakfast. Everything wonderful I recommend to stay in it.

The breakfast , the room was so clean and comfortable Nothing But I can say that the location is a little far from the center of Milano and you need a car but we chose it to be like this

Nothing. Booked a “superior double room” with the option of selecting two single beds, immediately after booking I was told that it can’t be fulfilled and I should just cancel my booking (non-refundable). Upon arrival after a €120 taxi to the hotel (as the hotel is completely inaccessible without a vehicle) we quickly realised that the “pool” that is so heavily advertised for the hotel and the main selling point for us, was in-fact non existent and the water was drained from it. Photo attached below. Then as we were debating checking out no more than 12 hours after arriving at 2 AM, the DO NOT DISTURB sign on our door was completely ignored and a cleaner burst into our room telling us the room needs to be cleaned every morning despite the red sign clearly hanging on the door handle. Overall an absolutely terrible experience which led to us having to find and pay for accommodation elsewhere not even a day into our trip.

Staff were amazing, helpful and friendlly. Very cozy, comfortable and clean room. Mini refrigerator was unexpected and appreciated. Breakfast was really good. Many choices and we were very happy with that. Also having a parking space right outside our room, was a great convenience. All good, nothing we didn't like.

All was perfect, from meeting till departure, very friendly stuff, details properly explained, very interesting way of parking your car, close to your room, they've bin very polite and serv our dinner even if it was 22:30. In one word was excellent. N/A

Air conditioning not cool enough

Very comfortable, well presented rooms Air con to blow cold air, exterior blind did not work so couldn't have window open at night
