Room was very clean. Bed was exceptionally comfortable. Hotel very quiet. Disappointed in breakfast- waffle iron on but no batter, no cream cheese for bagels and they were stale. We would stay again if we needed to.

Breakfast was OK but not exceptional, but everything else was great--room comfortable, lighting and TV easy to work, water in shower was hot, refrigerator was nice, place very clean. Nothing.
-
Lobby was ok Blood on sheets and on toilet that was not just a stain…, large seeds from some sort of fruit on the floor
-
Wonderful staff and very convenient to freeway but far enough for no noise. Very comfortable room.

After driving over 10 hours from South Florida with our family of five, we were looking forward to a smooth overnight stay. Based on the Expedia reviews and affordable rate, this seemed like a good halfway stop to our destination. We arrived around 11:30 PM and stood in the lobby for about five minutes without seeing anyone at the front desk. I ended up calling the hotel from my cell phone, and someone immediately answered and came out to assist us. Check-in then took another 10 minutes because the card reader wasn't working. We booked Room 420, a two-queen room with a pullout sofa. Upon entering, the room felt dated and somewhat run-down. The bathroom wasn't the cleanest, the tub sealant was separating from the floor, and the hand towel holder was loose from the wall with paper towels stuffed behind it. By midnight, the kids were exhausted. When we opened the sofa bed, there were no linens available in the room, so I had to go back downstairs to request sheets and towels. The sheets we received had several stains on them, but at that point we were too tired to worry about it. The positive is that we got the sleep we needed, and the price was reasonable. Breakfast was basic—Belgian waffles, cereal, fruit, juice, and other standard continental items. Overall, the stay didn't match the expectations set by the reviews we read. It wasn't terrible, but it felt more like a miss than a hit for our family.

Room had very worn and stained carpet, furniture old & dirty looking. Asked to see a different room but new room not enough better to justify moving everything. Staff was very helpful but overall condition was one that left a lot to be desired. Sink had a crack in it, refrigerator door uneven, furniture chipped are just a few things that led to this negative review.

Lightning outside was good, nice pool, clean property & it felt safe enough, rooms were basic but clean, breakfast is phenomenal! Parking for larger transit vehicles isn’t good. Not a lot of accessible parking for older folks without handicap passes

Very easy to get to. Very clean bed was wonderful

The location was great The air conditioner was off in the room when I got there at 11 pm. My recommendation is leaving the air conditioner at a higher temperature maybe 75 so it doesn’t have to work so hard when people arrive.

Definitely not at the top of our Comfort Inn experience.

Location Asked for clean towels which never got. Asked the cleaning staff on floor she only had 1 clean towel and I need 3

Beds were very comfortable and quiet location. Breakfast not so good.

Checked in the room and the water was shut off to the sink, turned water on and it leaked all over the floor, they had to know this before it was booked out to us and did nothing. Beds where Hard as a rock

Clean, comfortable. Suite was a good size. 1. I had a problem at check in. I booked a King Suite (on the 4th floor). When I booked, it said pet-friendly, had no selection for bringing a pet, it only said to mention having a pet on arrival. When I got there, the person at reception first said I couldn't have the suite I booked because I had a pet. This was in no way indicated when booking, and they finally relented and gave me what I reserved. The policy needs to be clarified on booking if true. 2. The air conditioner pumps out cold air right next to the bed. I wound up leaning the chair over it so I could sleep without it feeling like I was in the artic. 3. Soda machine credit card was broken and it wouldn't accept enough bills to pay for my drink. 4. The included breakfast was meh. Sausage was good, but eggs did not look appetizing. 5. None of the kitchenette cabinets latched. One above the sink wouldn't stay closed and I bonked my head on it!

Nice hotel in a quiet neiborhood. If you like BBQ, macs speedshop is right next door. As good as it gets for BBQ.
