Motel 6 Corpus Christi, TX - East - North Padre Island

This property from the beginning wasn't ready at 3pm as stated. I asked Alicia what would they do about the fact that our room wasn't ready and she said, “Nothing. We are short staffed!” She was rude and condescending. This is place is nasty and staff is disrespectful. Do not stay there.

My room didn’t have a microwave nor a fridge. The staff had taken all of our belongings out of the room over a miscommunication on their end. And respectfully all the staff that work there look like they are using drugs

The staff are amazing. I absolutely loved staying there. The manager she is wonderful as well as Victor .They both go above and beyond to make you feel welcomed.Thank you ll for a wonderful stay.

Don’t stay here. It’s poorly kept. One staff member says one thing and the other staff member says another thing and it messed up our stay. I will never stay at this Motel 6 again. Also, they didn't have our room ready so we had to wait till after 5 to check in. When I asked what they would do about this, Alicia, said they couldn't do anything because they were short staffed. How is that my problem?

This is the worst place I've ever had the displeasure of visitiñg. Literally exhausted after my stay.

The hotel was completely different than the pictures online the website. It was old and run down. Not a new property like the listing.

Victor at the desk was very very rude. The first night I had to stay in a room with water leaks and so much humidity in the room that my clothes got damp. The walls and floor were covered in sweat. Then they wouldn't give me towels to dry the floor so I wouldn't fall. Next day they grudgingly moved me to to a decent room. But Victor was horrible. It is a shame because it could be a very nice and well located property. But the bad maintenance and customer service ruined my experience.

Easy check in and out, water flow in shower was low. No microwave in room but does have mini fridge.

Booked for a non smoking room, got to room, got a smoking room. Called from desk, man told me to come back to office to check my reservation, just to go all the way to the office and show I had a non smoking room reserved and he said well I don’t have any non smoking rooms available which I’m sure was a lie because why would he make me come up there just to not have another room available he just didn’t want to fix his mess up, he had a terrible attitude. Our room lights also did not work. I wouldn’t stay here.

The room came advertised as with a microwave, and there was not one in the room. They stated that alarm clocks are only for premium rooms, so we did not get one in a deluxe. There was mold in the shower so we did not shower there during the stay at all.

Our first room had bedbugs. My small child was bitten. I asked for my money back and another room. She would not refund my money and was super unhelpful with another room

This was hands down the most horrific and terrible motel experience of our entire lives, and it completely ruined our very first vacation to this area. We paid full price for a two-night stay, but it was an absolute waste of money because the room lacked even the most basic items. There was no refrigerator, no microwave, and no hair dryer anywhere in the room. Even worse, they did not even provide basic toiletries like soap, shampoo, or conditioner, leaving us with absolutely nothing to wash with. The comfort was completely non-existent since the bed only had two pillows, and when we went to the front desk to ask for extra pillows, the staff flatly refused to give us any. To make things even more disgusting, the window curtains were covered in visible cigarette burn marks, showing a total lack of cleanliness and care. It is unbelievable that a business takes people's hard-earned money and provides this level of terrible service and filthy conditions. Do not stay here under any circumstances.

I absolutely love it here. The staff are always amazing. They are friendly, always helpful, and they all are A+ in customer service. The rooms are clean and the beds are comfortable. Thank you for an amazing stay.

The cable tv was out. And something was wrong with A/C it was making a lot of noise

The wifi ducked and the ac didn't work very well

The employees where nice and awesome That the power went out for a whole day, we had to leave. But didn't get either to stay extra day cause the power was out whole day , when ask about it, they said it was not up to them
