Location, family who owns the hotel is friendly and courteous. For me Breakfast at 8am is quite late. very limited. I opted to go somewhere else. the owner made complimentary coffee for me. There’s construction right beside hotel which is quite noisy. Just take note of that.

The host family are very nice and helpful. The breakfast is really good, including everything Italy can provide, excellent cappuccino coffee. cheese and bread, etc. The room is exceptional clean, and the bedding is comfortable. We are delightful to stay for 4 nights.

Lovely family run hotel. Great location close to a bunch of nice restaurants in town center. Very clean and comfortable, with free parking - a rarity in the town center. Nice breakfast. Family running hotel is so kind and helpful with great info on where to hike, eat, and how to travel on public transport.

No fault of the property, but there was construction right next door all day and night.

My husband and I recently stayed here during our honeymoon in Italy. Fantastic bed and breakfast - we used it as our home base for day hiking the Dolomites. Spacious room, large balcony, very clean. Staff were super knowledgeable and very helpful with planning logistics for our hikes. Breakfast was delicious. We would definitely return! It would be nice if the rooms had a small refrigerator in them.

Family run hotel with great service, lovely rooms and fabulous breakfast. Great location in Cortina with free parking. Nothing, I would recommend this hotel to anyone traveling to Cortina.

The hotel was in a great location - close to multiple restaurants and was a 1 hour drive to Lago de Braies. The owners were friendly and helpful. The room was simple but clean, she sheets smelled especially clean. We were pleasantly surprised with the breakfast, it was small and simple but so good and included: boiled eggs, assorted yogurt, granola, charcuterie board with different cheeses + meats, and baked pastries/breads. The juice was also freshly squeezed and so delicious. They also made everyone a fresh cup of coffee to those who came in for breakfast. There is a small parking space at the back of the hotel for those who are driving. It may be difficult to get in and out but you just have to be careful. Otherwise we really enjoyed our stay at this hotel! Small parking lot in the back; could be difficult to get in and out at times.

Very friendly staff, did react to special requests and gave recommendations on restaurants in the city.

Location is the best just a short walk from center. The facility is very basic but the breakfast was extraordinary with great taste and cozy music we enjoyed it a lot !

Lots of construction near hotel and the construction workers worked till midnight.

This family-run hotel has an excellent location near the center of Cortina d'Ampezzo. The facilities are clean and the breakfast is simple but fresh and delicious, especially the croissants and baked goods. The staff... apparently all family members...were exceptionally helpful and friendly. It's a charming place and we loved our stay there! The room was a bit small but we had enough space for what we needed.

The location is perfect, very close to the center but still quiet because it is stands a bit aside. Very cute little hotel with very nice staff and free parking :) There was a bit of construction going on just beside the hotel, as I understood it this due to arrangements for a an upcoming Olympic Games. The construction works ended at 7pm and started again only at 7-8 am so it wasn’t a bother.

I had a cute little single room. Breakfast was sufficient and tasty for only €10. There were typical Italian sweet options plus yogurt and muesli, speck, cheese, and boiled eggs. I had a car. It was easy to find the hotel and park off the street.
