We loved this hotel. The staff could not have been more welcoming and friendly. We loved the restaurant. The food is excellent. The location is perfect. It’s located a street away from the pedestrian walkway for you don’t have all the tourists in front of your hotel all day and night. Seems to be popular meeting place amongst the locals and the cyclists. I didn’t like the steps down into the bathroom in our room. We stayed in the new addition of the hotel on the 3rd floor.

The took such good care of us. Lucia was amazing and helped coordinate rides, champagne, and baggage holding! That we couldn’t stay longer

Amazing hotel in heart of Cortina. Easy access to town and ski lifts. Staff went overboard to ensure a good stay. Very comfortable and enjoyed the private spa. Will be back!

Close to the centre of town Extremely loud music coming from the bar until after midnight on Friday. Can be heard clearly from the rooms. People from the bar dancing and singing in the reception area.

An amazing hotel. The staff were wonderful! Great location!

It was very clean and comfortable and it had a good and lively bar and restaurant attached. The food was very good. The location was perfect for a walk through the shops. The car park was pretty tight and we hardly had room to get in and out of the car. Breakfast was just okay. For us, everything was very sweet and/or pastry based with very little other choices. There were breads, yoghurt and heaps of cakes. You have to boil your own eggs and these take twice the time of normal eggs so this process was hit and miss.

Minor construction noise across. Not a problem overall since we are not at the hotel during the day time.

The staff, and particularly the two women who staff the front desk, were terrific. They were welcoming, accommodating and happy to provide helpful advice and assistance. From packing us lunches for our hikes, to helping us plan our days, they went out of their way to make our time in the area a true joy.
