Everything: 1- staff. They were playing the main role in this hotel by welcoming you, honest smiling, ready for any support. I can’t remember their names but the reception lady was amazing, the ladies who were serving the breakfast also they were supper and ready to serve you with “Honest Smile”. The bar man who provided us with welcoming drink (he made sure that to provide non alcoholic drink based on our request). The luggage man and finally the duty manager who came outside the guide us for the parking slot. 2- Breakfast. 3- room decoration & Furniture. 4- lobby style, although it is small but very warm. Nothing

Staff felt very inexperienced (I think they might have just opened for the summer season). They tried to be helpful but they didn’t seem to know what to do in many occasions. e.g. (1) we asked for the first aid kit (to patch up some minor scratches) and we were initially told they didn’t have one by one staff member, but when we asked a different person later we were provided with what we needed. (2) A used tea cup (with tea stain and the bottom) wasn’t changed / washed after housekeeping, and when we told front desk about it we were met with an eye-roll. (3) no coffee capsules were provided despite having a Nespresso machine, and when we asked the front desk, somehow they could only provide them the next day… None of these issues were fatal per se, but for the 5-star positioning this hotel is going for, the level of service felt inadequate.

I loved the variety of options the hotel offers for breakfast, lunch, and dinner. The staff are extremely welcoming, and the rooms are high tech. I didn’t like the fact that the hotel doesn’t have a ski room to leave your ski equipment or any spa or gym facilities

walking distance to the town centre and bus station. staff at breakfast was amazing, so friendly and helpful and went above and beyond - I think his name is Massimo All the rooms have Mountain Views - so don’t bother paying extra for a Mountain View room. we did but still didn’t get the room with the ‘better’ Mountain View.

the design is very nice. the staff maximo who served us during breakfast was superb. he was always smiley, prompt and even gave us mango and remembered what we needed every morning we showed up during breakfast!
