Our room was on the top floor facing the main road, which was noisy for most of the day. The bathroom was in poor condition, with a shower door that wouldn't close properly. The paint was peeling, giving the bathroom a neglected appearance. The toilet was heavily discolored and should have been replaced.

Beautiful property Extremely clean - housekeeping every day Substantial breakfast Comfortable bed Worth the walk from the town center

The service was above and beyond. Accommodating, cohesive, gracious staff and service throughout my stay. Moreover, the lasagna at the restaurant was phenomenal, absolutely memorable.

Location and staff Small room

The hotel is like a museum and super interesting. We like it a lot.

The bathroom was updated and clean. Hotel had a lot of charm. The beds were too firm. Couldn’t eliminate outside noises when trying to sleep.

We stayed for several nights to hike around Cortina. The hotel is about 18 minutes walk to downtown, which wasn’t too bad. We decided to walk downtown because car parking was difficult. There is also small grocery store 7 minutes walk. Parking is free, but the lot in the back is fairly tight. The staff were wonderful and the complimentary breakfast was great to help us start our hiking days. Breakfast consisted of scrambled eggs, bacon, and continental-style options. You can also order espresso / cappuccino through the staff. I read reviews about past guests having dinner at the hotel, but the hotel does not serve dinner - only breakfast. The WiFi was fairly weak in our room. Usable, but the connection would get dropped once in a while. Our room was in the main building, facing the street. It can be fairly noisy at night with cars passing through, even with the windows closed. If you are sensitive to noise, bring earplugs. There was also a light on the building that was right next to our window. The light would shine right into the bed at night. The windows only had sheer curtains, but we realized two days later that there are window shades that we had to close from the outside. The room was spacious with lots of closet space. The bathroom/shower was quite spacious too. Water temperature and pressure great.

We had a wonderful stay! The staff were incredibly friendly, welcoming, and always ready to help with anything we needed. The breakfast was delicious. The location is excellent and very convenient, with easy access to all the main attractions and everything we wanted to visit. We truly enjoyed our stay and were very happy with every aspect of the hotel. Highly recommended!⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

Beautiful view from the hotel room, parking, short walk from the city Hot tub/sauna were closed

Easily a 5 star hotel. Staff were so personable and helpful. Room was clean, spacious and comfortable. Perfectly located, breakfast included was great and we loved the bar down stairs after long days of hiking to try an amaro or grappa. That we couldn’t stay longer.
-
It was a big and comfortable room with a beautiful mountain view. The restaurant downstairs was excellent and so was the breakfast. The staff were so helpful and accommodating as well. We arrived in a snowstorm but they made sure we were able to reach the property. Nothing to say

Great vibe and VERY helpful staff. You can even park your car. We went during the olympics for 1 night and the beds were very comfortable and the breakfast was outstanding and views all around. A little far to walk to town for me but not for most people.

Very good staff Inconvenient location and tiny room
-
Rooms were not equipped with a tea kettle.

I absolutely loved it! Everyone was very friendly and welcoming. Breakfast was lovely and the room was very cozy. Nothing! The skibus stops right out front… this was my first time in Cortina and I do not speak Italian, so I really appreciated their assistance and making me feel so welcomed.
-
How close it was to the city center. Room was small. Bathroom only had a tub and a shower head nothing to actually hold the shower head to be able to shower. Had to ask for the staff for things like room service and bread at dinner that was extremely expensive. Breakfast was lacking needs more options and they need to keep up with restocking the food.

Clean, pretty, comfortable, good parking Busy road outside the window

Excellent staff and restaurant! We ate breakfast and dinner at the hotel restaurant every day, it was excellent. Service was excellent and staff at the hotel were great. Location is great. Easy walk to the Tofana cable car (highly recommend) and to town. Hotel is on a busy-ish road so there is some noise but big bad. I would stay here again for sure Road a little noisy
