Staff are not helpful, and try to not forget your belongings here because you won’t be get it back.

Beautiful room and spa was incredible
-
Spacious, luxurious room, spa, and dinning. Attentive and accommodating staff. Great masseuse. Easy walk to town. Enjoyed being on the top floor for views. Needed a tutorial for the bathroom/shower/sauna/towel rack in the room. Would have liked an in room coffee option not just tea for sitting on the deck in robes. Would have liked it if the fireplace was lit.

We loved our room! Lovely view from the small terrace, clean, and very well equipped. Comfy bathrobes and slippers. Extremely courteous, helpful staff. Breakfast was excellent and we were able to request an early breakfast, which was ready for us at 6:30am in the dining room! The sauna was wonderful, especially after a full day of hiking.

The facilities are very nice with a very nice pool The room had a weird smell which was not very pleasant. It possibly came from the wood or the AC system

Settled with a beautiful backdrop of the Dolomites this hotel was nothing short of perfection. The staff were so accommodating and attentive and the rooms and facilities were exceptional.

Excellent accommodation , fantastic views, steam room, indoor/ outdoor pool and sauna. Food also excellent Nothing

Loved staying in the property! Deserves higher than 3 stars (can only assume this is an error). Only two issues 1) sauna in the room didn’t get very hot and then went in error mode for the rest of our stay (tbf we didn’t alert the staff to this as we had evening plans and were leaving in the morning) 2) spa (incl pool) is only open 3pm to 9pm so our plans for an early morning swim and steam weren’t possible. Staff were amazing, spa and pool is really good, rooms were perfect and comfortable, views are fantastic and breakfast was great!

Decor. Views. Pool. Food. Staff. Parking. Cool crowd. Good value. It’s a little bit out of town but that was five by me.
-
Very nice staff Marvellous facilities with unforgetables views and prime outdoor heated pool Uncorfortable evenings since the overcrowded restaurant occupied permanently the lobby

At first we were not sure we’d like it upon arrival but it was great. Comfortable room, though not large, with great shower and view. The pool, steam room and sauna in the spa were great. The restaurant was great for the complimentary breakfast and dinner. You would not want to walk to and from to the center of town but we had a car and did ok with parking.

The rooms are gorgeous here, comfy and spacious, theres a Beautiful balcone with amazing views of the Mountain. We sai a family of deer walking by lat at night. The restaurant is one of , if not the best in Cortina. Breakfast, linch and dinner are tasty and served impeccably.
-
We had both an upper and lower balcony - both with excellent views. The staff - both office, wait staff and housekeeping were all exceptional. We had both breakfast and dinner at the restaurant and were very pleased.

Very nice property, modern, clean, nice view. Good pool. Breakfast has to be selected by ticking boxes on a paper the evening before. The buffet or à la carte is a better experience for the costumer, I think. Staff is polite but not very welcoming. Staff doing the minimum job required, no more. A little bit of initiative or anticipation is always positively remembered by costumers. So, overall, good experience but not going back there for that money.

Friendly welcome by staff, cozy quiet comfortable room, gorgeous mountain views to wake up to in the morning, wonderful heated pool, excellent restaurant for dinner and breakfast We were rushed at breakfast with dishes being removed from the table when we were still eating

We absolutely couldn’t fault this hotel. Every detail, big and small, was perfect. It felt like home. The best hotel beds, pillows, linen we’ve ever slept on. The views were breathtaking. The room was spacious, and luxurious yet so cosy. Heated floors. Amazing shower. Delicious and generous breakfast. Restaurant food was wonderful. Staff were so accommodating. The pool and sauna facilities were incredible, even in winter. I have no hesitation in recommending this hotel. It’s certainly one of the best we’ve ever stayed in. We can’t wait to come back!!! I rate higher than 10/10! NA
