Passable

The room still has the old smell of smoking. The TV was not working properly and kept getting an error message every few mins. All the A/C work great but leak water all over the floor and walk way which you can slip. The carpet near the A/C unit was completely soaked and even by the bed. I called to mention this and they went ahead and lied to me saying they had washed the carpet. The counter near the mirrors had the biggest coffee stain it was gross. NEVER STAY HERE.

Enjoyed my stay it was very pleasant everything was clean and nice the room was big the carpet was dirty but everything was really nice in the bed was comfortable and the staff was amazing

Horrible. Room was very old. Carpet was dirty. Bathroom amenities were outdated. Faucet in tub was dripping all night. Ran out of toilet paper and was told maid already left so we had to go downstairs to get some more. Room smelled like bleach. Will not stay here again. Picture on website are wrong and deceiving.

Clean room bed could of been better. It sank in the middle. Other than that it was good.

Staff was kind.

Online booking advertise pool available at property. When we checked in we did not got I formed that it was not open to the public

Room was clean and spacious, the problem was that the air conditioner made horrible noises all night long and it was difficult to sleep through it. Staff was very friendly and would definitely stay again, very reasonable pricing. Hopefully they service that air conditioner in room #7

Exceptional

This place is possibly the worst I've experienced. Maintenance has been ignored sitewide and is clearly not a priority. The facade from the street is deceiving. Electrical outlet had no cover plate and single screw holding it in place. Outlets in table lamp were so used to make them inoperable.

Location and easy check in and check out, nice staff. Brought my own bedding, and pillows. Looked like there bedding was old and used. Very loud about 7am sounded like construction.

We stayed about 10 minutes! REALLY run down! TV didn’t work - no ice machine. Seems the homeless punched it and broke it. Felt very unsafe so we left.

Our room was filthy when we checked in...towels, sheets, carpets. We then heard two gunshots around midnight. Checked out early the next morning. Do not recommend. You get what you pay for. Lesson relearned. Still waiting for reimbursement for the remaining 6 nights.
