    Because of these issues, we decided to check out early instead of staying the remaining three nights of our reservation. Despite the condition of the rooms, the hotel did not refund the unused nights or even the day we checked out early, which was extremely disappointing. Overall, the cleanliness, maintenance, and customer service did not meet the standards we expected from a La Quinta. Unfortunately, I would not recommend staying here.

    Horrible. I’ve been to a few La Quinta locations, but none this bad. Unclean rooms, roaches, homeless people sleeping in the walking path a foot away from the room doors, solicitation of drugs by homeless people, and poop on the property; hopefully just dogs

    The room was rented to me with a broken bath tub nob to turn the water on/off. Although maintenance came to fix it AFTER it was rented out to me. Out of all the LaQuinta's I have stayed at across the country, this one was the worst. LaQuinta in Inglewood would be by far a better option. I would NEVER rent from the Costa/Mesa location again.

    i saw a cockroach in the room its more like a motel 6. bathtub and shower was a joke small kitchen towels for showers. owners are cheap. Run down property.

    On line this place looks great, but it is far from it. Only one person is in charge of the lobby, so we had to wait for him to become available multiple times. The room was dirty, terrible cheap bar soaps, no blow dryer, big chipped paint patches in the room, toilet kept messing up with no solids, elevator was not working, and no one available when we call the lobby. In one of the visits down to the lobby to complain about the toilet there was another customer saying that his room was in terrible conditions. Showed us pictures of bugs and holes in the wall. Needless to say we will NOT be staying there again nor recommend you to. We will also not trust the ratings in Expedia…

    Disappointed. This was advised as 3 star hotel, but is actually worse than lots of 2 star. We will not come back. Room furnitures are relatively old. Power outlets are very limited and not convenient. Bathroom is old. Sink faucet flows extremely weak, almost unusable. We use the tub faucet to wash hands. Beds are too soft. Bedsheets seem to have been used for 10+ years. Breakfast is only waffle, muffins, and coffee.

    I booked a room with 2 double beds and I confirmed that at the time of check-in and was told yes, but when I got in room it had only 1 bed and when I went to front desk, I was told they are out of rooms with 2 double beds. I asked them to refund. the front desk person called his manager over the phone and I was told that manager will come in morning and issues refund. Instead I have been charged reservation amount and security deposit. Attempts to contact expedia and hotel has not help.

    the room was too old and dark, coffee was cold and was just coffee, orange juice and bread. Other places have eggs , muffins. alot better food quality with table and chairs.

    I emailed you that I checked out on Friday on 13th to give a refund but they and booking .com never replied as their was an emergency as I had to go for treatment in medical facility so I dont know if a refund be applied

    The door locked, barely. That's about it. No phone in the rooms but when you call from your cell phone they don't answer. I called before checking in (the one and ONLY time they answered the phone) and asked if they charge for parking. I was told parking is free, but when I got there it was $10. I asked for my room to be cleaned, didn't happen. I had to get my key cards redone multiple times as they only lasted for about 6 hours and then would stop working. It took them over an hour to bring me towels since my room wasn't cleaned. You had to slam the door anytime you left or if you leaned against it, it would open back up. Paint was peeling, rust was everywhere and even there were in average 3 people working at any point, only one person would help so the line was always long. There was more but I'm tired of typing.

    Bad experience overall. There was no room service, the rooms were in very poor condition, and there was no cleaning service during the stay. The breakfast was also disappointing—just one item, a waffle. The room was not clean at all, and overall this was a very bad experience.

    NOTHING FIRST ROOM ASSIGNED WAS RIGHT NEXT TO THE FREEWAY. GOT CHANGED TO A ROOM IN THE REAR BUT THE ROOM WITH FILTHY. FLOOR WAS STICKY AND DIRTY. TOWELS THIN LIKE PAPER. NO KLEENEX IN ROOM

    Absolutely nothing The room was very dirty. There are burn holes in the blankets, mold in the shower, exposed wires in the bathroom where the blow dryer should be but was ripped off the wall. It smells bad like drug use and mold. There was something smeared on the pictures that looks almost like eggs.. and the room door doesn’t seal.

    Nothing biggest mistake don’t book here ! dirty ! Water didn’t go down it was clogged up in the shower ! Towels had hair ! Bed sheets were dirty. Pussy juice ! floors were sticky ! Called the front desk they didn’t bother answering . We slept in our truck me my wife and daughter

    Probably less than 1 star hotel , only recommended if you are desperate for a room to sleep, if you are looking for a free breakfast don’t expect more than a waffle and a coffee.
