Staff was excellent and made accommodations for us. The people that work there do their best with what they have. I feel like the owner should put money out for the carpet to be ripped out and replaced with something easier to clean. Along with all the rooms carpets. I was afraid to step barefooted on this carpet. The owner should spend more money on cleaning supplies. The place could be better.

We had really dirty unwashed sheets. Duck taped water pipes. Mouse traps around the room. Brown stains on the bathtub head to toe. Marker drawn on everything. Dirty spots all over the curtains. Weird smell, like a nursing home but a dirty one. There was people throwing things at the window of the room I was in. I booked for a queen bed and got a single bed. Air conditioning was broken in some ways it was extremely loud when it would turn on which woke me up almost every hour through the night. Over all worst hotel I’ve stayed in. There was blood stain on the sheets. Too scared to look at the actual mattress.

It was disgusting I had to be switched rooms because there are roaches a mouse and crabs on my table pubic crabs please was so disgusting the second night I couldn't even use my bathroom the third night I couldn't use my toilet it was a horrible experi

Nothing at all I’m staying in super 8 in council bluffs Iowa on south 24th street. Checked in on the 6th of August the lobby smelled on marijuana when mentioned to the receptionist she said yes I know and giggled. The hall ways were hot and smelled musty and dirty. Entered the room and the towels were dirty. This mornings breakfast was spoiled or expired products with a faint smell of marijuana again. We returned this evening and again lobby smelled of marijuana house keeping came in replaced the towels but they were again dirty with stains. Trash was take. Out but they took the trash can. The vanity is falling apart, sink faucet handle fell off this morning, bathroom knob is about to fall off dirt stains on the room mirror dust on the lamp shades and the air conditioner vent is disgusting the air conditioner filter looks like it hasn’t been cleaned in months… along with in the bathroom smells like someone was smoking marijuana this hotel is a joke even for the price especially when you have children traveling with you … this is highly unexceptionable and concerning. I asked for a refund and to go else where but was told when I checked in that a refund was not going to be given just because of the condition of things and smell. I have plenty more pictures but can only upload 4

I can handle broken.I can handle a little dirty, but what I can't handle is cockroaches

Conveniently located off the interstate The room smelled like stale smoke. The room was basically a closet with a bed. There was a broken office chair next to the bed. There was someone else's hair in the bathtub. The bathroom sink was missing it's front. There were COCKROACHES crawling on me and my daughter in the BED when I woke up.

The very loud air conditioner ran non-stop, the room was damp and humid, the bathroom smelled musty and had a broken cabinet, the veneer was missing from the front of the furniture, ice buckets were only available by request at the front desk, and breakfast was edible but with few options (white bread, hard boiled eggs, cereal, yogurt, oatmeal packets, granola bars, coffee, and juice). Rooms were non-smoking, but patrons smoked very close to the main entrance to the building and the smell traveled indoors. The smoke detector and hair dryer were missing from our room and the door to the room did not latch automatically and had to be pushed or pulled closed each time. The refrigerator did keep my items cold and the woman at checkout was very pleasant.

When I parked I noticed 2 men in separate cars just hanging around the parking lot. I went in and checked in. No elevator so I walked up by stairs to the third floor. The carpets in the hallway looked and had an odor to it. In the room no plastic lining for the ice bucket. No glasses to drink from and no cable just antenna tv. The picture on the tv was fuzzy and did not fill the whole screen. Again the carpet in the room was dirty looking and had an odor to it also. ALSO THE A/C LOOKED OLD AND USED WHEN I TURNED IT ON IT NEVER COOLED THE ROOM MUCH BEFORE I TURNED IT OFF. I decided to leave, front desk said the owner would decide if I could get a refund. IT IS NOT THE WHAT I EXPECT FROM SUPER8 HOTELS. LOOK ELSEWHERE AND DO NOT STAY AT THIS PLACE.

Nothing it was the worst place I have ever stayed Rude staff, no lite in bathroom it was burned out, no latch on bathroom door, refrig didn't work, holes in the sheets and blankets, carpet was all ripped up, smell was so bad had to get air freshener from gas station.

Our room was not cleaned. Blood stains on the mattress pad. There were three guest and left us only 2 towels and did not restocked them.

Ac barely worked, hotel was very dirty, no smoke detectors, shabby repairs to holes and tub
