I stayed in the 3* Hotel but had all of the facilities and breakfast of the 4* spa hotel opposite. many coach parties reduced the experience (and the quality of breakfast one day).

Brilliant staff especially Isabel Iglesias on reception. An excellent restaurant and the hotel location was just what we wanted. Bad weather meant that the spa was fully booked up by the time we arrived and a visiting football team blocked out the spa and restaurant at rather inconvenient times. This could not be helped. However, future attendees should check beforehand if there will be any restrictions during their stay.

The room had a window facing interior chimneys, and had a strong musty smell, although it was perfectly clean. Guess that the facilities are in need of an update and freshening up.

The location was reasonably good and the rooftop view was good. The staff were too busy to do a good job and the distinction between apartments, 4 star and 3 star facilities was strange, being served by the same staff in the same location. It was not clean and the rooms and linen smelled of tobacco. The WIFI was not working and the gym was closed because two machines were broken..

Location excellent The bed uncomfortable, pillows flat and need replacing and room although clean smells musty

Very efficient staff and very helpful. They are upgrading one section of the hotel and I'm guessing it's a vast improvement. Compared with the rest of Viveiro, this is a well run hotel. It would be great if hotels in Galicia could have tea and coffee in rooms like in France.
