Very old, dirty hotel, looks scary from outside, would never go back. nothing

Central next to all amenities and cathedral Coffee machine broke at breakfast was told standard coffee is usual and staff were low in kitchen and serving area.( staff told me this in restaurant)

The receptionist who checked us in was very friendly and helpful. We were given the room on the top floor so without a lift, we gave to climb 4 flights of stairs up into the room. There was a window that was full of cobwebs and when I tried closing the window, there were spiders jumping out. The bathroom was also old and cobwebs in the window sills, and towel cabinets.
