It was quite hard to find and use the plug sockets but that was a minor issue. Reception area feels a bit dark and dated but that didn't matter once in the room.

The staff were nice and helpful. The location is sketchy, the hotel is old, the room was boiling, beds were bad, felt unclean, we booked two nights and left first thing in the morning.

The room seemed brand new as the rest of the Hotel although clearly an old building it's been completely renewed. The mattress seemed a bit old

The staff are exceptional. They all went out of their way to make sure our stay was as good as possible. Recent renovations are very good. It's very quiet there too. The stairs made life awkward for us 70 year olds, but there's nothing that can be done about them.

Very friendly staff and clean spacious room in very good location. Massive car park. Some of the decorating and carpets look a little dated but didn't spoil anything.

Cold water ran out in shower… only very hot … nothing in between … rather inconvenient when both running late and all lathered up … mugs of water from the sink required !!!

Quiet, clean, comfortable, and the staff were very friendly. The room had a fridge and microwave too, and the bathroom was fresh and newly installed. Good value for money. A desk in the room would help for those travelling for work.
